after a long time i connected to WiFi and a message appeared that I MUST upgrade to a newer version of the game. when clicking yes, I was linked to a "a customer care page" notifying me that my account is banned. is this how Gameloft treats customers who spent hundreds of Euros in cash playing their games? a simple solution.... UNINSTALL button.....

This developer is JOKE. Game glitched hard, showing me the businesses and some of the houses weren't due to refresh for over 400 (FOUR HUNDRED!!!) hours. Emailed support, told them of this. They told me it HAD to be a problem with my device...even though I was extremely specific AND gave them a screenshot! Which they reauested. Then, after explaining it again (because clearly they didn't understand the first time) I was informed that there was nothing they could do and that I would just have to wait for the hours to time themselves out. Seriously? I paid into this garbage to be ripped off?? Keep up this lousy customer service and you will see a huge flop of business. You've officially lost mine.

I don't always have internet connection. And it's expensive. And it sucks the battery life. So an offline & light city building game is what I need. This game is just what I need. Can't complain much if the objects cannot face 4 sides. Or if the space & its extension is limited. Or if we don't really interact with the citizen.

Played this game for 20 minutes, exited out and when I came back told I was banned for suspicious activity. I have no idea what they meant. Navigating the customer care system was confusing. Thanks; will remove and not install any more games from this company.

Thought this app was great, very addictive. The problem is, I worked to get to level 62, then went to open the app and it force closed (happens a lot ) went to open it again and I was back at the beginning!! I was so aggravated, but started over. Was at Level 39 and the same thing happened! Very disappointed I will not be starting over a third time. Fun game, though.

As soon as I opened the app, it froze. Uninstalled and reinstalled three times just for it to do the same exact thing... Bet its a cool game but I will never get to play it...

Game is cute but .....buildings, houses, parks etc can not be turned all must face the same direction which limits decorating. So far my town has one yellow car that drives around and around very monotonous! Worst of all...out of all of the building,farming games I play this game begs for money every time you touch the screen. Township it is not.

This would be a 5 star game for me but how in the heck am I supposed to do anything with this energy Factor!?!? I mean I can only touch up and 25 things and then I'm done that's BS!!! you guys have so many competitors! Give me one reason why I should stay with you stupid does an energy Factor ever let up anybody who plays this game for now or while?
