3* for the great idea. Missing stars for extremely buggy app, shoddy implementation. It took more than a month to finally have 4 daily schedules working involving 4 bulbs doing the same thing. The UI can be learnt to navigate, but I wouldn't call it logical or user friendly. PLEASE DON'T LET YOUR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS DESIGN THE APP! I still fear the time when I will be logged out and have to log in after an update or something, it was a nightmare the last time.

The light will sometimes randomly stop responding and if I try to change the color it will show on thr color wheel but the lights will be frozen, and the set up process is comically bad, it should not be so hard for it to connect to my wifi, especially since my wifi shows that they are in fact connected. It's probably better if you just get different smart bulbs, they arent even that bright on their brightest setting.

the worst horrible to program. resets and loses connection. deleted and downloaded app again. Last time next time this happens I throw away and install 3 new switches. Update 10/24/24. Some update!! it deleted all items and programs/schedules?? . Trouble syncing with very strong wifi when trying to re-establish link. Removed app. Reloaded trying again. Will try to call the customer service number above tomorrow. Too late now I am home. Reloaded app. Deleted all units Reinstalled all units.

Complete garbage. Spent hours of my time over the last couple years trying to get this app to work. Keeps disconnecting and i can't log in, when i reset the password because it won't work that doesn't work either. If i try to do a factory reset that doesn't work either because i already have an account that doesn't work so I'd need a new email address. Also even when it does work you can only have access to control it every 10 minutes

Single light turning off seemingly randomly, started doing this during the recent problems when I was repeatedly signed out of my account. Today is September 30th, 6:20 Central time & happening again. I thought these problems were fixed. I've been fed up with the cync platform for a couple of years now. Will definitely be looking at alternatives. Btw, momentary means within moments, not hours & certainly not days. Clearly these difficulties are ongoing as I had to sign back into app again.

App is trash. I've set routines, reset app numerous times and the lights pretty much come on when they want and do not follow the routine in place. My routine is set correctly. The light comes on at random times even when there is a routine scheduled. If you have a email address to contact, I would rather do that. Tried using the troubleshooting section. The "remove" button to remove all schedules does not allow me to press it. Why?!?!?!?!!! Why do schedule work one minute then they don't?!?!

I've had an indoor light strip for over a year. Any time I connect it to the Cync app, it loses the ability to display any color temperature choices and a basic white light like it can out of box. I choose in app to display a default, "Cool White", and the strip is dark as if it were turned off. If I move to the color menu and choose blue, it immediately shows blue and seems to work. Seems the color LED's on the strip work, the color temp LED's in between don't. Please fix!

App is programmed by an idiot or team of idiots. Every month or two, the schedule I have set for my light strip quits working forcing me to delete the light strip and room and go through the setup process all over again. The problem needs to be fixed. Otherwise, it just makes my smart light strip an ordinary light strip if I have to manually turn it on and off every time!
