on-line booking app needs major overhaul. Difficult and unreliable to book and pay. Often needs multiple attempts to complete. Stores booked seats with unsuccessful attempts and forces an unwanted change of seat. Needs to reset seats on unsuccessful exit or crash. Times out too quickly when getting Bank verification code. Often just dies at this point requiring rebooking from start. Get your IT team to fix this soon.

This app is Good when it works, problem is that it seldom works anymore. Having serious problems giving currentvarival times and location of any bus or bus stops. Needs to have a competent technician working on it to fix all the problems. Seems much worse after the latest update on March 2 2024.

Oh come on avanza this app is appalling! Unreliable, not very user friendly or logical. Have you guys ever considered using g p s services on your busses to coordinate travel times/information as other countries' bus services do? Get with it guys - this app is a very poor advertisement for your country!

What an appalling app. Booking a ticket just takes you to the website where selecting a date to buy a ticket just doesn't work. Come on, this is 2022. I don't write reviews but this is sooooo bad I had to. It is hard enough to use the busses in Marbella as it is without this terrible excuse for an app.

There have been some dire apps connected to transportation in the area... fortunately, this isn't one of them. Location works really well for bus stops and next bus arrival time. If you're in the area, it's a definite 'Install'

Avanza bus has no good quality service. They dont want to pick up some passengers that are waiting for them. The bus drivers are not good. Even they have available seats they will not allowed the passengers to enter. And they will say its full.. i hope you fix this problem. Especially here in the part of Estepona. 79 bus is not good

this app could be good if it was "real" time.. if the bus does not arrive at the expected time it just disappears!? ... frequently i have to use force stop as it appears to be updating but freezes

Every time Im trying to see the real time information for my bus stop it shows me an error and asking to go to timetable. It's not convenient at all.
