Certified Service Mobile Toolbox (CSMT) یک ابزار سیار برای پرسنل خدمات نمایندگی جنرال موتورز است. در داخل آن می توانید:• از قبل مجوز تعمیرات خاص با ضمانت (PRA)
• استفاده از عکس‌ها برای بهبود کارایی فرآیند بازگشت قطعه (PPR)
• ارسال اطلاعات قطعه برای قابلیت ردیابی (RPT)
• ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق محصول درست (FPR)
• جستجو و مشاهده فراخوان در وسایل نقلیه (یادآوری)
• به میز کار سرویس دسترسی پیدا کنید
تمامی ماژول ها این قابلیت را دارند که تصاویر و ویدئوهای جاسازی شده خودرو مورد نظر را در خود جای دهند.
ما در حال حاضر نسخه 3.13.1 را ارائه می دهیم. این آخرین و بهینه ترین نسخه ما است. برای بسیاری از دستگاه های مختلف مناسب است. بارگیری رایگان به طور مستقیم Apk از فروشگاه Google Play یا نسخه های دیگری که میزبان آن هستیم. علاوه بر این ، می توانید بدون ثبت نام بارگیری کنید و بدون ورود به سیستم لازم نیست.

It works. I feel like the people having problems have an OJ problem where they don't want to put their hand in the glove so it doesn't fit. Give it all permissions it asks for. Pixel 7 pro

Closes everytime I open it. Also, the warranty clerk says my scans from 6/23/22 didn't come through so now what?!?!? Samsung S20+. Also when looking at a coworkers phone that has used this app 3 times we found it strange that the app doesn't seem to store the history of the QR codes that have been "possibly successfully" sent.

EDIT NEW PHONE. 1.QR no longer works flawlessly.(my old phone I could wave my phone passed it and scan it all blurry just fine) New phone I have to hope and pray that me perfectly holding everything in place an properly focused will scan. (Maybe issue with multiple camera phones? Old one had a single camera on the rear) 2.Fingerprint login now works properly (I think because my old phone was rooted it didn't like it). If I didn't have to use RPT for recalls I would stop using immediately.

"Your internet connection has been lost. Some features may be unavailable." My internet connection allowed me to call the help desk like I was supposed to. My internet connection allowed me to scroll Facebook while waiting for help. My internet connection allowed me to get bounced from the help desk to someone else's phone who wasn't available to take a call. This app fills me with rage Update Oct. 18 - Issue has been rectified. Rating updated

Junk . It's a shame this is a non functioning app required for recalls. Absolute junk. Crashes when trying to scan Vin. Reloaded as mentioned still does same. Android issues .typical junk software from gm. gm is living up to their lower case logo.

I wish it was an app in global connect that I could take pictures and put on my computer then send to gm ☹️ I have never got it to work on a vehicle for the mirror always get an error message opps something happened on their end. Worthless app now they expect techs to waste their time using this POS!

Cant upload pics from phone. Had to waste clients time and have them return due to images not labeled (turns out 3 post it notes pointing at area isnt clear). Email CSMT operators dont know procedures. Horrible app and a waste of my time and clients. Not open Saturdays but service is making clients very unhappy to return during the week.

Horrible app. Unable to send report. When I hit next on the PIR form review it asks how I want to share. And why can't I load pictures from my gallery. Would be much more beneficial to allow me to submit a PIR when I have a chance, rather than in the middle of the job
