Very lackluster. Pairing devices is a pain, automation lacks a lot of options (Gradually turning the lights on? Choosing the color of the light? Choosing the brightness while in color mode? Cancelling a program that's started running? Switching modes if the light is already on but nit turning it on if it's off? And probably a lot of other things I cannot think of right now)

Once again they prove you can't trust these locks. I don't know what they did, but auto lock was on this morning when I left for work, now I get home and the door is unlocked and auto lock is turned off. SUPER UNSAFE. Update: Yes you do have access to change the locks, via updates that reset settings. You could put anything you want in those updates and have full control for all I know.

I like the app. it's very useful but, the led lights connected to my tv keep gradually dimming down, than eventually shutting off all together. It's annoying I won't lie! I'm not sure if it's an issue with the app or my tv. I've done what I can with my tv and nothing works. So I feel like this could be looked into more.

Cannot create or log into an account with the app. I keep getting a network error. Was able to create an account on line but not able to log into that account with the app due to getting a network error message. I am using a Samsung S20plus and not having any network issues with anything else. Tried calling the help phone number but all I get is a message to leave a message but the answering system does not give me that option, it just starts over stating to leave a message.

Using the app for three switches. It works well as expected. The schedules/timers work well and independently of each other. However, it would be great if you could create a universal schedule/timer that could be applied to all or any device rather than having to update three different schedules each time.

I have 8 plugs and they work great, except when there is a power outage. They won't reconnect to Google Home unless I unpair/repair but they work through the app no problem. Irritating. TO answer the developers response: it reconnects to wifi just fine... like I said, it works through the app but not Google.

Alarm notifications are remotely enabled/disabled, this is horrible reliability. I think the notifications go trough Gosund servers and they sometimes block IPs or have other problems, then sensors in my house don't trigger any alarm on phone. Notifications were not working on 2 tested Android devices but worked on IOS. Without changing anything, 2 days later the notifications started coming on both Android phones again. Surveilance is a prioritity, routing everything trough Gosund servers.

What can I say? The products suck. Ive had a 50% failure rate over 1 year. Customer service is garbage, they have no replacement products and cannot offer any refunds outside of paypal. And then... The software is just as bad as everything else and only functions half the time. Y'all do what y'all wanna do but Id recommend avoiding anything gosund or nitebird
