A Google user

It is a very good app that gives what promises. I really liked the app since the application process. It was the only car sharing app able to validate my foreign driving license without issues. The sharing process is very easy and straightforward. Only opportunities are the status of the cars, the availability of cars (especially golf and van) and some app improvement opportunities on stability and language. If these are improved, it's an easy 5 star.

Absolutely unprofessional company that does not maintain their cars. Avoid, it is dangerous and they do not take responsibility but instead charge you for the time you spent extra because you had to do their job for them and maintain the car. App is also pretty nested and bills, upcoming costs, trip history etc. Is not very transparent or easily reachable. @greenwheels: Had I waited for roadside assistance (3-4h of my and your time) instead of fixing it myself, you would have refunded it all.

Extremely buggy app and website. In my first try the payment dint go through so I had to make a new account. On my second attempt it refuses to accept my license and no way for me to upload Kvk, so I had to send it in via mail, the document upload on the website help section dint work. Now the deposit has been debited from my account but on your system it says the money has not been debited, account is deactivated. App says no cars available, something went wrong. Can't be that hard can it?

Rented cars here for a while, until one day I booked a car that was totally destroyed. The tires were flat, the front destroyed, and it was parked in the wrong place. I called for support but they were unable ro give me an alternative and I had to waste 30 more minutes giving them all the information. I arrived even later for my appointment. At the end, they sent me an invoice to pay "my ride". I wrote a ticket but as everything seems to be automated, no one ever answered. Good luck 🤞

Needed a rental for a trip, but all I got was disappointment. Horrible UI meant that my password manager saved a bunch of asterisks instead of my password, got logged out everytime I hit previous after checking a car in the map, list view didn't work at all, and there was no car with the promised 26 euros for a day. Every click and drag had me waiting 30s for a screen update. I went to a competitor after struggling with the app for about an hour. Can't get my 100 deposit back through the app. 👎

After using this service for a few years I see nothing but dirty/stinky cars, defective cars that are also never fixed, terrible parking spots for sporadic drivers, cars only available 30min travel away and constant problems with the app on crucial moments. My old company had a few decent self-owned local pool cars, which was much nicer and efficient.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a van, but it wasn’t working. The next day, I reserved another, only to find out—after calling customer service—that it wasn’t there. Rescheduled for later, and the same thing happened again. Three failed reservations in a row! What’s the point of a booking system if it doesn’t secure a vehicle or provide accurate availability? Completely unreliable service. Would not recommend.

Sometimes the app works, sometimes I can't get past the first loading screen. Support team is not reachable - tried calling twice and sending them WhatsApp messages. it's been 4 days and still no reaction from them. Don't use their service if you have alternatives.
