Version 1.1 of Sum Up adds support for Gemini 2.0 Flash and an option to control the length of the summaries generated.
Also included is a translation to Italian thanks to Ludovico and G. Cardaropoli, to Chinese thanks to Clyde and to Canadian French thanks to hexa·cat.

Was really easy to set up, and it works exactly as advertised. Made coming through my work emails and texts so much faster. I only have one complaint/suggestion: it automatically grabs notifications for supported apps, but I wish there was a way to force certain apps into that list. I’ve recently been using a dating app that supports direct messages and it would be great to have the AI summarize those messages as well.

This is one of the most amazing tools I have ever tried on Android. I am always on the lookout for new apps, and this was an absolute jackpot. I can finally unmute group chats, since I can now keep up to date on what they are saying (instead of having to read 50 messages), this app summarizes it for me (and very accurately, in fact). My only concern would be the fact that it uses google gemini, and I'm unaware of whether any anti-fingerprinting techniques are used so that Google can't tag me.

Works as expected! Looking forward for other enhancements as well. For example, Private (Local) AI. It would be a cherry on the cake if the entire application was offline.

Loving the app. Could you please add a way to summarize a picture in text message? It just says "image" in a notification.

I want to recommend that the name of the app that was sent appear, i.e. watshapp or etc. and when I enter watshapp, the notification should disappear as it is on watshapp

Fully in love with this app as I often get tons of notifications. But... For some reason I struggle with notifications from that app on my pixel watch. They tend to be silent no matter what settings I use (very likely to be a problem on my side so I'll stick with 5 stars)
