I'd recommend getting the physical card for transit use, as the app can sometimes take forever to open before you can display your QR code. It is seemingly random when it decides to do this.

The card was recognised everywhere we went and overall a money saver. Some issues with access - make sure you get WiFi in your hotel, bring the card up, turn mobile data off, and then it should appear at the location easily. Had issues if mobile data left on. Overall good experience but paper might have been slightly less hassle. Pre booking time slots online worked well but some popular locations sold out. Not all popular attractions included in the ticket.

Everything went well when ordering the card until returning to the confirmation page after snagging the confirmation number from the app's text message. As I entered the first number of the sequence onto the confirmation page the page went to some other page and I couldn't find it again. After four failed attempts, I captured the number in the few seconds the text flashed up on my screen, without leaving the conformation page. I was able to enter the number and the purchase was confirmed! Yeah!!

Was mega sceptical about this App having read the reviews... So much so that I emailed the office asking if bugs etc had been fixed. They told me there had been several upgrades to the App, but any issues I could just grab a paper ticket from the office in central. Downloaded the App, bought 3 x 72hr passes.... From day 1 no issues at all! Been on the trams every day, This is Holland, boat tour, Museums and the zoo etc... All working perfectly and no heavy consumption of battery. TOP STUFF.

Sometimes the app "loses" your ticket and all of your favorites, sometimes nothing loads at all, sometimes both happen. Has some good features and search functionality. Convenient to have everything in hand. Good customer service, had a problem with the Metro and they were able to resolve it fairly quickly. See their comment below if you have a similar issue

I stayed in Amsterdam for a week and toured as many museums as possible. This app worked very well. It only had trouble loading a few times, but that may have a network issue. If you want to see multiple museums and ride public transit, this app & card save a ridiculous amount of money. Each museum is roughly $25-$35 after conversion. I went out 2 museums in one day, and it would have cost me nearly $50 just to enter.

Terrible , ordered an I amsterdam card digital version and the app says the code has already been registered.... no response when contacting them either. Have updated the review, after it was changed to a physical card I had no issues other than it didn't work for travel after activation, this wasn't an issue as I already had a travel card. Highly recommend just using a physical card as it was a much better experience.

Once we try to book slot or check more info about any attractions or spot it route to the google page and once we try to be back on app all selected favorite locations get vanished.
