In general, the app is ok. The bad is that subtitles aren't done well, so it can be difficult to follow the dialogue. This is especially true when multiple people are talking. Shows with more than 20 episodes are very annoying to scroll. The worst frustration is constantly getting an error stating, "TV-MA [0001] Not authorized : Server Error. Please try again in a moment". All. The. Time.

the programmes look good but it just isn't working properly on my laptop. It keeps just stopping, I have to go back and restart. I only paid this morning, and they did say there was a problem, but this evening, it said the problem was sorted, but its not. Also, the app for the phone...... can't they have a function like all other video apps, where you can increase the size of the screen to fill your phone. The quality is great but the size is quite small.

Technical issues ruined my enjoyment of this app. It worked fine for a long time but in the last few months, it would crash and I was unable to watch any of the shows. I contacted assistance and was asked to provide information about my TV and the issue I was having. I did that and then... nothing. I attempted another contact but got no response. I held on for a couple more months hoping the issue would be resolved. Today, I cancelled my subscription.

I like Kocowa because it has Korean content only. I do have Vicki and i like their app but i have to fish through all the other countries contents. The issue i have with this app is the auto play. I set to auto play in settings next episode in settings but when I'm casting to the TV it does not work. So I have to go to my phone to stop casting then scroll down to the 80th episode then recast to the TV. It also freezes up alot It would be nice if you can make this app more user friendly.

Horrible, absolutely horrible; the fact that on my second attempt in the same day I have gotten this server error is disappointing and a huge waste of time. heads up for anyone looking for a way to watch k drama, this is not it.

Great content and organized well enough, but still quirky. It needs a specific menu for "continue watching" - a list of shows you're currently watching on the main landing page to make it easier to find the specific episode you're on and antinue where you left off. The "history" tab is ok, but shows each individual episode you've completed only.

content is great, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. after every episode I have to clear cache to watch next episode. Can't get tech support to fix a typo in my email adress so can't verify the account. continue watching often is on the wrong episode if it shows at all. I find myself turning to other apps that aren't so buggy. roku app is better but leaves a bit to be desired.

Super buggy. The downloads don't work for offline viewing - they immediately expire after downloading. Internet access is also required to access downloads which makes the entire feature completely obsolete. I sent in a support ticket for this many weeks ago and still haven't received a response. Backgrounding the app prevents you from going back to watch what you were previously watching and you have to completely restart the app. No Continue Watching section makes the app annoying to use.
