A Google user

Over all very cool. What i can't do - schedule lights to turn on at particular brightness / color. They just turn on to whatever they were before. Using Google assistant couldn't set scene, and couldn't change saturation when in color mode. And support still didn't answer my email from a month ago, probably #coronalife

Another example of a product that has essentially been depreciated over time. Upon purchase one has to download this app, set up account & run through a set up procedure in order to use it with Alexa or Google Home. Worked fine at first but over time there have been a stream of constant bugs. The light repeatedly disconnects from the network meaning one has to revert to switching the light on or off manually. In recent months the light will switch itself on without being prompted.

All of a sudden my bulb just stopped responding with Alexa. I updated the app, Uninstalled then reinstall tried to log in but the log in button is not active. Is the bulb going to work again or not. Won't change colors, only turns on and off when Alexa can get it to. Occasionally Alexa will say it's not responding.

App was updated with confirmation boxes, so everything takes twice as long now. Terrible design decision

Everything was working until it wasn't. My Alexa kept advising the lightbulbs were no longer active, so I removed them and synced them back to the Lampux app. I then disabled the skill and when I enable it, I get an error. No big deal, I figure I can do it through the app. Downside, I keep getting a screen advising me this version of the app isn't up-to-date. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same error. No new version, can no longer link it with my Alexa.

Well, I have used this app and WiFi controller on my home's various strip lighting for at least a year now and loved it. Recently I had to update my WiFi password and of course the lights didn't appear connected in the app. So, I have went through both "EZ" and "AP" setup processes. Lights flashing as described in description. After the last step in both processes within 5 - 6 seconds the light strips would quit blinking and then it'd time out with can't find any devices response. Useless now.

Today, a msg in a foreign language appears at the bottom of my screen, when I switch from one screen to another. Sometimes, the lights will loose connection to my network out of the blue and won't reconnect for days, even after trying to reset them. One light scheduled to turn on at 6am turns on 2 hours early, even though my time zone's set to central. It's red when it turns on. I'll manually turn it off, it'll turn on at the scheduled time, to the brighter white shade and turn off as scheduled.

App works okay. Haven't had connection issues yet. Biggest grip is that the led strip lights I have cannot sync properly with the hue lights. The led strip light's slowest speed (which is too fast) is twice as fast as the hue lights! Why can't I use a numeric value for the transition time instead of an arbitrary slider? Even "grouping" them doesn't help.
