Be very careful with this company, to buy something they put auto renew automatically you have to make sure to stop them but if you go ahead or missed to cancel or stop is almost impossible, I'm very disappointed on how hard is to cancel bundle and service

I found Lycamobile internet bundles are very much expensive in Portugal. I will make a group here in Portugal not to use Lycamobile sim card more. I was a client of Lycamobile from 2019 now in other countries Lycamobile's all the bundles are very attractive instead of local network but here in Portugal is too high.

If you downloaded this, you might have already paid for their card. So it's too late to warn you not to buy it. If it's just for 1 month, no problem, roaming might be slow.

Scammers, paid for 6 months bundle and got message after 3 months that my bundle is expiring. I put 12 months bundle and after 4 months i have nothing....

Absolutely rubbish. My number wouldn't register, I topped up and it shows in my history but not on my balance. For some reason I don't have Internet connection. I purchased this phone card simply because I was in a rush, the only one the shop had left. As soon as I've used my balance up I will dump the card and get one from a reliable company.
