UPDATE: This app still sucks!! Open the app and logon & it immediately closes. I have cleared cache/cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled 3x and it never works. DO BETTER!! Frustrated!! This app is great......in theory. It never works. Every single time that I attempt to logon, the app stalls and closes. EVERY TIME. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times with zero resolve. I have sent emails to Medcom for help, but I have never received a response.

Very frustrating experience. The way information is formatted and shared is not easily accessible; you have to watch videos... The only way to receive any support is to call them. The error messages are not helpful to understand what has gone wrong. You can just tell the tech behind the app and the website is outdated by the way that it handles your data as you sign up for the platform.

I like being able to access my account, but most of the time when I submit a receipt via the app it doesn't get ptocessed for some reason.

Extremely difficult to add recurring expense form, and it takes forever to hear back if it's been accepted. Can't use the card hardly anywhere and very difficult to pay childcare provider. It's frustrating that we have money available that we can't use to pay daycare.

This company is terrible. I haven't seen my deposits in my parking acct in over 2 months while money is taken out of my paychecks. Called into customer service and she will send an "email to the account manager and get back to you in a couple of business days". This app deserves 3 stars otherwise.

This app sucks. I can't submit the receipts as PDFs. Also it always shows two instances of each transaction. Needs a lot of work. I can't tell what has been approved and what hasn't, and there is no information on the items that are pending.

App won't work. Keeps stopping, won't let me in at all....

As someone else said, you can't delete receipts if you mess up. I accidentally clicked on a photo of my cousin and I, but there's no way to delete the submission. That's so ridiculous because prior to this update, I was able to delete.
