11/04/24 - I would like to thank the developer for fixing the app for us Samsung Dex users. I can now zoom in and out and move around the map. It would be great to see an ability to switch between different maps as currently only the main map can be opened and cannot be switched (basically no standard options are present)

I find it much harder to use than SimpleMind Lite--too much clutter/random useless features, and navigation has me more lost, I seem to have a harder time finding the map I'm looking for. I wish there was an option to retain all the same layout of SimpleMind Lite, and select which features you'd like to add. I only bought this to be able to download to PDF. Also, when you export from Lite to Pro, it lists all maps as the export date, making it impossible to sort by date, or remember dates.

The tools are intuitive, and the templates are optional, allowing for more flexibility in style and use. Has been greatly helpful for creative endeavors and day to day planning. App is stable, I have yet to encounter bugs, and appreciate massively that the pro version is a one time payment rather than a subscription.

I really like and need this app! It works on my phone and computer. My brain does not operate in a linear fashion, but like a brainstorming web. I'm always running 500 mph in myriad directions all at once. Multitasking is the name of the game. In a previous life (so it seems) I was a FT school teacher; now I'm a FT caregiver. I don't have time to waste time. I have to plan out and organize everything. This app is the answer for planning, organization and preparation.

2022 UPDATE: I have had to use several other (nameless) apps for my mindmapping since my employer would not let me install SimpleMind on company laptop. Bottom line - none of them worked as well and just didn't seem to flow as well as SimplMind. Now I'm back, using it on all my other devices as well. It's simply the best mind manager I have used. Phenomenal app! Simple to use and very effective in mapping and clearly presenting my thoughts.

great for visualizong ideas, especially where causality is relevant. with the pro, you can link more than one idea as a predecessor, which ia great. two additional features that would be awesome is if an item is pushed out by all its predecessors instead of just one, and the ability to have a successor fall outside the bubble for branch grouping. it would also be helpful to be avle to add grouping fields to the overall branch progression like Age categories for Tech in the Civilization games.

Highly customizable mind maps, extremely easy to use. Can be uploaded to Dropbox, Google Drive, & maybe some others. One license per platform, & you can put on multiple devices (so for example, one purchase for Windows, & one purchase for Android). No subscription! Very clear instructions on website, & several on Youtube also. Can make Table of Contents for gigantic maps, with links to zoom to each section. Upload images to maps. Add lots of text to any bubble. And much more...

Have used mind maps in business for many years. They were expensive desktop programs costing hundreds of dollars. SimpleMind is as full-featured, easier to use, and, well, is hundreds of dollars cheaper. Powerful and versatile, it can be used quickly and easily, or exploited for more advanced uses when desired, so learning curve is minimal. Most important, moving of items is very simple, essential for mind maps. Many are not as good. SimpleMind has now been an essential app for me for years.
