I’ve been using the My DStv app for a while, but I’m extremely disappointed with its performance. The app doesn’t update regularly, which is frustrating when trying to track current information about my account. The biggest issue, however, is the "Bill Breakdown" option—it frequently shows incorrect billing details that don’t align with what I’ve actually paid or owe. This lack of accuracy is unacceptable for an app meant to help customers manage their accounts efficiently.

This is such a horrible app. The UI/UX is horrible. The interface is extremely confusing and unappealing. The app is extremely slow. Worst of all, it messes up payments and one isn't even sure when payments have been made. The app should be deleted from the playstore completely until sensible upgrades have been made. I wish I could give it no stars at all.

I'm disappointed with this version of the app. Despite enabling the fingerprint option, I'm constantly required to sign in, which is inconvenient. I prefer the previous version. To improve, I suggest enhancing the fingerprint recognition feature to work seamlessly, implementing a "Remember Me" option, or streamlining the signing process. I hope the developers will take my feedback into consideration and make necessary improvements.

The previous app worked fine and then Multi choice releases this new version without testing the software properly. The holiday home feature does not work and has not worked since they forced the switch on 1 October. All the names you gave the decoders have also been lost. They have no idea what customer sat is and don't care. I also logged a call with them and they never came back to me cos they can't fix the problem. Why did they force the app switch when they were not ready? 😡

This app has turned into a nightmare I can't even watch sport if I'm at another location on the phone ... it only works if I'm at home and cast to my TV ..what's the use of having a mobile app if it isn't mobile anymore. No wonder DSTV is losing out to other streaming apps. It's time DSTV get there app together so they might become competitive in this market. Adapt or Die!!!

The App needs the management functions for your account to work... Have to move between the App and WhatsApp service currently. Not acceptable for such a large company. Get it together Multichoice! // In addition, many of your Rewards App claim buttons do not work..?? Pressing it does nothing. Your App is a frustration.

What a useless upgrade, there is no wat to disconnect a decoder, if there is it is purposely hidden away. Secondly, The app don't show the Friendly Names we gave each decoder, so we know exactly which one to reconnect and disconnect after use. No you need to go om SCard numbers and decoder serial numbers. A big step back!

Your app really needs work. To much errors, pages loading way to slow, rewards not given when claimed, never hearing who has win all the many competions you are running.. I am beginning to think this app is just one big scam.
