App used to work. Now, I can't log in with Facebook. If I try to create a new account with a different number and email, or the same one, it says the device has been shared with maximum number of guests allowed. Like what the heck is that supposed to mean? Doesn't offer a way to fix it, reset it or anything. I've uninstalled the app so many times, its not even funny. I previously had this working no problem, so I don't know what changed. Of course I can't log out as a guest which is annoying.

when a order is messed up (and it does happen) there is no way to let a manager know about it for a refund or some form of credit for it. also, quit with the "fine line" when trying to apply any promotion coupon for a drink or meal, makes getting rewards pointless. besides those things the app does work well, and has images with detail about the dish you're choosing.

UPDATE: It looks like the issues from my previous review have been fixed, one way or another. Upgraded from 2 stars to 4. Previous: You can't order a 4 oz. dressing with salads. Each item wants the name of the person it's for. When the virtual keyboard comes up, it obscures the Submit button, and you can't get rid of it w/o losing some of the order. To login, it throws you out to a browser page, where you have to join the Roundtable Club.

*Update*- probably the best and easiest to use restaurant/food app I've ever used. Ordering is super easy as well as finding/redeeming and scanning in rewards. So far it's been really easy to use. I havnt ordered anything off of it but I have used a couple rewards and looked through it for menu items several times. Very well put together!

First visit. Lobster bisque was seasonal and delicious. Mac and cheese has two flavor options & are baked & delicious. The salads are huge and fresh. I had the pesto chicken on a baguette & was either pressed or toasted perfectly however needed more pesto, chicken was on the dry side. Staff pleasantly brought more pesto. Food served on or in nice plastic plates or bowls. However you eat with plastic ware that is very flimsy and packaged with very thin napkins. No napkin dispensers available.

App needs something to tell you when your food is ready. It said 10min, but that wasn't even close. Didn't feel like standing with the herd at the counter so I sat down. Had no idea when my food would be ready, or if they even had the order. The few people they had working were all so busy I didn't want to bother. 1st time at newks and didn't know there was a rack for pickup orders. The "grab and go" station was closed. Extra 5min the app could've saved by letting me know it was ready.

I read the other Dreadful reviews for this app. The restaurant is great by the way. But this was a new updated app it said. So I installed it. Like everyone says it is useless. I try to register my email with new password and it says invalid credentials. Ridiculous. Terrible programming. A week later I try to use my phone number instead of my email address. To register. I still got invalid credentials. Ridiculous. You need to get a real programmer to fix this

The Rewards software does not work well with their POS system. It is challenging to receive rewards or deals. If there is any question, the rewards points and connection are lost. Store receipts do not print with a bar code anymore. Employees don't understand how to work the system. Food is great. The Rewards are a waste of time.
