A basic but effective little RSS widget. Perfect if you want a few specific feeds on your homescreen and, crucially, the ability to filter by feed. Features in-app feed search/discovery, but no bulk import/export or offline reading. Good substitute for news apps that have phased out homescreen widget support (e.g. NYT, BBC, Reuters). Ads are served by Yandex but not very intrusive, and a setting allows you to bypass the article description/preview with the ad.

I was looking for a news app that's transparent. This app is awesome. You can load all kinds of news sources, load the widget in any size you wish, plus it's scrollable, and the transparency can be lightened or darkened to your liking. I will be buying the ad free version soon. Thanks for a great app.

Update: Unfortunately that positive first impression didn't last long. Refreshing doesn't work anymore (very unreliable, it's like winning the lottery) and the "action on click" function is broken, too (it shows the wrong description), sadly it's turned into a unresponsive mess. Old: First impression is excellent. Decent customization options, no clutter, and a large variety of (multi language) news sources to pull from - It's just what I need! I'm considering buying the pro version. Well done.

The widget doesn't open the newsarticle you click on. When you click on a news headline, you'll get the title and description, but not the title and description for the headline you wanted to read. Surprisingly, you can update the newsfeed, and you'll get new headlines, but then abovementioned situation happens. Too bad, cause I really likethe purpose of the app.

Does not manually update. Only way it does is when you go in and out of settings and the update time will change thereafter. Am on s10 Pie. EDIT: Seems to work ONLY when I go into settings and toggle "update feed on change" switch, to OFF and then back ON - bug needs to be resolved please. Additional suggestion. It will be great if dev can give option to increase/decrease space between each article and also an option to change colour of space bar/line.

Aug2019 update: Got a notification that the App's been fixed. Tried it. Well, not completely fixed. Some feeds still not updating. Ex Toronto Star. I appreciate the developer's response and efforts however. Changed 1 ⭐ to 3 ⭐. ** previous review: The app and widget has stopped working. News feeds are not refreshed since early May.

The widget seems to have stopped updating its content. tried reinstalling 3 times but the widget just stuck in updating/loading. The only channel gets content is Google News. The widget is useless at this moment. I also find the recent 5 stars ratings suspicious as so many reviews reporting the same widget stuck in updating and not loading news.

Quite often I have to unlock my widgets and resize All News Widget, and re-lock my widget's screen to get anything to show up -besides a spinning cursor. This app is pretty good otherwise. -Update- I am using Lynx launcher with All News Widget. Lynx launcher allows you to long press and refresh widgets. This works perfectly, every time. -update- So, it did work every time, After the latest update the widget is now dead. It's Almost like you are trying to make this app unusable. -2⭐ NO,NOT FIXED
