Great app except under, except under scheduled time off clicking the dates nothing happens. No way to enter dates. No date selector or keyboard shows up. Even time off policy selector is a bit clunky as in a selector only shows up after selecting it several times.

Stop burning through my mobile data please! All of Rippling used 292 MB of mobile data in Sept and already used 160 MB in the first two weeks in October. How is that even possible? It makes no sense. I just use the app to punch and out at work and I'm on wifi most of the time. What ever data you're collecting over there, I'd like it to stop. At least have the decency to collect it when I'm on wifi. Not everyone has an unlimited data plan ya know.

There's several pages of the app that don't work. For example, when I try to go to my flex benefits then the page never loads. I just see an infinite loader. I end up having to use the website. Very frustrating

If I could give Rippling negative stars, I would. Every week is a new issue. Now I can't log in to the app to check my schedule without an authentication code that I only have access to at work. There's absolutely no way for an employee to contact Rippling directly.

You guys really need to tighten this thing up. The app resets to the home screen when you switch and come back without a grace period. You're practically begging people to make typos in their banking information since users can't switch apps to copy things and paste them. Further, there are sections of the app that just don't seem to work, like payment splitting which let's me play with amounts, but not actually save changes. Sort it out. It's frustrating. But there's potential here.

Truly horrible app. Crashes all the time. Doesn't show categories. Absolutely useless! I've never been able to submit my expense in one try. Always multiple attempts, sometimes I just have to go to my desktop to file an expense. Make your app better!

I have only used the phone app for tracking time to projects. I would say the components of the app I interacted with are a little awkward to navigate. Modifying a time entry seemed surprisingly hard to figure out and overly involved to accomplish.

incredibly buggy. often forgets if you've punched in our out. no report a big feature. no way to speak to an agent. only an ai chat they forgot to train to answer relevant questions. app crashes frequently. would never use if resent forced to by job to get my pay.
