2 stars because this app works, but is by far the worst food ordering app I've ever used. I'm constantly logged out and struggle to sign back in. I don't remember the last application that had an insufferable multi second lag between clicking anything on the app, and it eventually loading. Extremely frustrating. User experience sucks. When you finally get it to load correctly, it functions as intended.

I've had a Qdoba account for roughly a year now and after multiple updates and iterations, I have never successfully used this app. Cannot log in, cannot select stores, cannot look at menus, cannot pay; it's always something. Qdoba may very well be the only fast casual restaurant that requires you to physically go to the restaurant to order food, and it's simply because this app is not functional.

Great app, easy ordering experience. Very well organized and good pics. Only problem is they only allow 6 toppings on burritos, and fajita veggies count as one of them even if you selected no proteins. So for veggies, you can basically only get 5 toppings. Not sure why they have these restrictions in the app when I can order as many toppings as I want in the restaurant. Please remove the 6 topping restriction, or at least make fajita veggies one of the protein options as well.

It will not let you make a mobile order to pick up. If you try to use a coupon or have a payment method on, it will not let you choose the location and complete the checkout. With the buy one get one coupons, you can try to order for pick up or delivery but it won't let you confirm anything and kicks out your order. You phone them about the promotion and they say order on the app. You go in person and show them the coupon and they say they don't have it. They like to close 30 to 45 mins early.

Your app is awful. Several times I have reset my password to log in and it keeps telling me it's incorrect. I've tried escalating the issue to support but all they try to do is reset the password when that's not my issue. Clearly your app does not work and it's been a persistent issue for many people for some time. How this isn't fixed yet is beyond me.

It appears that changes have been made & the app isn't working correctly. Asking you to make selections on items where selections aren't available. After much trial & error, we were finally able to get a burrito ordered but had to go into the store to get chips & queso & Mexican street corn. Very frustrating.

After years of using this app, I'm now suddenly unable to sign in. I enter all of my info, the screen goes white, and it takes me back to the app, not signed in. Other than that, the app is really glitchy, only letting me place orders sometimes, and mostly just showing up as a white screen.

Hello, I am not sure how to contact the admin. I was trying to check Qdoba site a moment ago, and when trying to do a swipe to scroll down the screen, I received a message that my action caused the site to blocked me out. I then checked the Qdoba APP, and yes. I am blocked. How can I get unblocked? I am a real person. Although it is good you have your site secure, I think a single swipe shouldn't cause to block a real user. Thanks
