Slow, takes ages to load. Operating mode not working, meaning when I switch operating mode it confirms the switch in the app, but phisicaly does not do anything. Usually it applies the change the after 3 tryes or I have to do it manually. The heating schedule is so unfirendly and difficult to set, should be something very easy like setting up an alarm.

Really poor experience so far. After the heat pump was installed, got it connected, but during setup the app threw an error. Regardless, the appliance showed up on the app and apparently was (correctly?) connected to the account. But soon after, almost every time I try to access the app, I get an error with message to try to refresh, which just results a brief loading and the same error. Same account works via the web based interface on a computer. App is useless for me at the moment.

It became more stable and there is disconnect issues (when you actually should physically go to the heater) rare. It is still very slow... each action in the app takes up to 9 seconds. So if you want to change temperature or switch the more then be ready to waste up to 20-30 seconds to do that

Terrible application. Changed my phone tried to restore password and was getting unknown error with no clarity. 'Something just went wrong' Then I created a new account restorred the water heater to default settings and wifi could not be set again on the last step 'Something went wrong'. Too much of my presious time wasted with this buggy app...

Unstable. Usefull when is working. Having problems adding second boiler into app. Retryied for about 10 times. Sometimes home page not showing (connected but they are gathering... informations - annoying) No information is sent back to mobile device to sync the status. You need to refresh the screen. This app actually ruins a brand like Ariston. Hopefully their "hardware" are much supperior to sowftware.

I cannot program more than two time slots a day or the length. So if I put a time slot in the morning at 7h and another at 19h, regardless of the number of showers, if someone showers at 19 o'clock, at 21 hours there is no hot water. It would be great if we could defi e the length of the time slot, hor example, hot water at 7 am, and hot water between 19 and 21 hours.

Installing the app for my got water heater was pretty simple. But I would like more guidance and instruction in the app, especially about monitoring energy consumption and scheduling the hot water heater to fit in with my local off-peak energy usage rules.

This app is easy to use & practical, especially if you travel regularly. When I'm abroad, I just shut everything off, but I can switch on my boiler the day before returning, so my house is up to temperature by the time I return (especially in the winter.)
