The historic data and graphs do not work correctly. It's also very annoying that it pops up a huge red banner to tell me to switch to energy saver (including lowering my energy score) from heat pump mode even though heat pump only is about twice as efficient. Cannot set peak rate on off times, only full days at a time. Leaves a lot to be desired considering the price of the heater.

App works on pixel 7a but cannot set up new wifi connection with Rheem heat pump water heater. Gets to step of connecting to water heater and selecting the new network and putting in the password, but then spins forever when trying to establish the connection. Friend's iPhone was able to get past that step, after which the android app can correctly connect to the water heater and adjust its settings.

this app has been intermittent for me, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. and whoever designed the app is pretty incompetent. it has very few features, nothing like Google Play shows at least for the water heater version. wish we would have never bought the device. and Rheem will not take it back despite the fact that it works intermittently.

Terrible App! Won't allow me to create an account. After I input my city, it instantly goes back to sign in or create an account. I've tried 6 times, so I guess I won't be able to utilize this system the way it was intended. What a scam. I should've just bought the basic water heater. It was easy cheaper.

In general happy but some frustration on inconsistency of having full hot water take when needed. it would be nice to have a way of making sure there is a full hot water tank by a certain time of day and then have the water heater figure out what it needs to do to make that happen rather than having to change the schedule to run in a certain mode.

Very frustrating experience every time I use it. Now that I have upgraded to a Wifi 6 network, it simply won't connect no matter what I do. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it will not connect to my network. When it's time to replace my water heater, it won't be a Rheem, that's for sure.

service is only available m-f during the hours I'm at work. there is no one to help connect the system. the system will not connect to my wireless network. my ac installer said he has had problems with this software. unfortunately I didn't know that before he installed it. I've had it for over two years. connectivity lasted for about 4 months

This app has so much potential, if it had all the same data you can get from the heater display (inlet water temp, water flowrate, outlet water temp, exhaust temp, etc.) it would be 5 stars. The app focal point is water temperature setpoint, which is the function I use the least often.
