Very bad service and no support from the consultant. We had taken Rs 23000/- service in which they had guaranteed to share 4 new profiles according to our requirements and set up 1-1 call with selected candidate. This service was taken for 8 months. Select shaadi consultant shared us profiles only for 1 month, after that they are not answering any calls or replying to any messages. It's a waste of money and time.

I’ve been using this app for 4 months, paying ₹18,000, but I haven’t received the service I expected. It feels like a money-making scheme, where profiles are unresponsive or keep you on hold, and quality matches never engage or explain why they decline. There's no transparency, and irrelevant profiles keep appearing. It seems the goal is to push for renewal as the deadline nears. Overall, it's been a waste of time, money, and effort with no real results. There are better options in the market.

Select shadi has been a huge disappointment. They charge a significant amount for membership but fail to deliver any value in return. It’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with an app. The service feels more focused on making money than actually helping users find compatible matches. The app is poorly managed, lacks seriousness, and is not worth the time or investment. Save your money and explore other options

During the sale of subscription, there was someone from the sales team with excellent communication skills. They took a very long time to explain the product. I thought with these skills, they would be able to arrange at least one.it's a useless service and waste of your hard earned money.I think sales was the last time they put some effort into profile. After that, I didn't see any basic effort.The representative would share four random profiles a week. Those profiles didn't meet criteria.

This is totally fraud. They never send required profiles despite of having requirements and keep on dragging the issue and extract the money. I subscribed to this service for 4 months and they were able to arrange a call only with one person in 4 months. Before taking the service their sales person will convince you for 1 hour and more till the time you take. The manager they assign merely works 2-3 days in a month. In last month they stop working on your profile and request to subscribe again.

A lot of claims were made while selling the package, while the reality is that they clearly practiced MIS-SALE. I was misguided to purchase the package for 14,000 INR. The matches were forced and neither ours or their needs were considered. They were spamed to connect with me. Their first target after you bought the package was to force a match and then forcing them to connect on telephonic call with me. All this was done so that I couldn't claim the refund they were offering.

Very Poor service. Wastage of money & time. If they will continue this type of service the company future in dark. All this I m writing as per my experience Don't waste your time & money. Its better to spend in local vendors rather than online. Its not worth at all.

Expensive scam. If you have a very unique situation due to which you can't find anyone in the regular app, stay away from the select app as much as possible. The managers are not competent enough to understand your requirements and follow through. They don't contact you regularly, don't understand what you want, and waste your time. The people behind this are very narrow minded and unhelpful.
