The latest update to the app has now caused the app to not open after several attempts. The last attempt caused a window to pop up suggesting deleting the app history to facilitate opening. I tried this and had to restore my file from a backup. When I tried to create a new invoice, I was prompted to purchase a subscription. I purchased the full app back in October of 2014. I contacted support and they responded that they couldn't find my order.

I've been using this app every week for a few years now. Overall its great so please understand that first. Its simple and it works. With that said I do wish I had abit more control. If your business involves selling a product then its perfect for you. For me, I provide a delivery service and send in 1 weekly invoice. Each job is totally different from the next. And there are some columns on my invoice that are irrelevant and I don't have the option to have them not appear, such as "quantity".

Since they changed this app's subscription scheme it is a piece of junk. I bought the app when it was a one time purchase and it worked well for years with a few bugs to which I became accustomed. A few days ago, I paid for it again after a message came up stating that I could no longer create new invoices because I had the free version. I immediately contacted the author but have yet to receive any reply. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I bought the lifetime version since 2018 and now I update the app and require a monthly payment. What is happening? Administrators please take care of this. I use the full version frequently. Thas is not fair. Please contact me.

Had this app for years, but it crashed a few days ago . No reply from support. Reinstalled the app but now asking to renew my subscription even though I am a pro member. Paid full subscription again, but the same happened. App crashed and is asking to renew my subscription once again. Does not want to load backup also !! Can support please reply ? DATE : 26/07/24

Had the app for years. Initially I paid for the full version when it was a one time payment of like $1.99 or something. Had to re-download after replacing my phone but now it's asking me for a subscription. I don't want to keep paying for something I've already paid for once

I would have made it a minus 5, but that option does not exist. These people are quick to take your money, but does not respond to feedback. I have used the feedback function of this app various times to enquire about the fact that the app stopped to backup on my cloud drive. Even sent them the error message and pleading for help. NOTHING!!! They already have my money. My phone got stolen today (I live in South Africa, so that is the norm these days) and with that all the not backed up info.

Suddenly, emailed links to download any older invoices are broken. My customers are furious that they can't open invoices from just a few months ago. It's costing me huge time to have to resend invoices. No support whatsoever from the developer.
