Terrible idea for a bus system. It's nearly impossible to properly plan your route anymore. I take the Waterdown bus almost every day to get to and from workMy route that used to consistently take 20 minutes and always arrived at the same time. Now it's a total gamble as to when I'm getting home, sometimes taking over 90 minutes. I've waited over Go back to the old system. Buses should not be treated like Uber.

Absolutely ridiculous idea, extremely unreliable as your driver is forced to take a route that has so many useless turns and loops that you drive by the location you want to get to at least once or twice and you end up being late. The scheduling for a bus is also hit or miss. DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU NEED TO BE ON TIME. Honestly feels like this makes people want to use the bus less. Really hope they just make it a regular bus again because this is just terrible.

Bad idea, poorly executed. Changing buses to "on demand" is a terrible idea. Pls just go back to a scheduled service and reduce the frequency if they are running empty. I get a confirmed time and then it's unilaterally changed. I cannot rely on the service to go to work or an appointment on time. I don't think it's the fault of the app, just the decision to (as someone said), treat a bus service like Uber. OR, run a scheduled service during rush hour and on-demand for the rest of the time.

Totally garbage app, allowing u to book bus on particular time and then change pickup time automatic at last minute. Now u can't arrive on your destination on time and in additionally you have to wait 30 minutes more for no reason. It happens with me 5 time now.

Tried this for the first time today. The bus took me on a tour. It picked up passengers after me and went back to a stop near where my journey started to drop them off. Glad for those passengers, but my trip time trippled because of this. Terrible app. Why not use actual Uber like they do in Innisfil.

This is a horrible app, should not even be listed as an app to use or endorsed by the city of Hamilton. Book a bus as directed and time is off and insuffice. Again book a bus and going south bound and once confirmed it is north bound making it impossible to make a connection. Bus is late and it just informs you bus is arriving for 15 to 30 minutes. Sometimes informs you a bus is not available for up to 90 minutes meanwhile 2 sitting at Aldershot station. Just horrible!

Garbage app, does not work. Shame on the City of Hamilton for making it so difficult to use public transit.

Who's idea was this, I just wanted to have regular bus, show up based on certain schedules, now I have too create an account and use app. No thank you.
