Reported to Google for Spyware. This app requires you to give your location at all times, and will track you even after you clock out. If your job is demanding that you use this app, demand a seperate device to install it on that is off whenever you aren't on the clock, unless you don't value your privacy.

This latest update requires the app to always have access to my location, instead of before where I can set it to only when the app is running. Seems more invasive than necessary.

App is alright. Use it for work. But as of recently I have to retake a picture multiple times before traktik keeps it. Very annoying and time consuming for the job. Also when I get a notification it turns every app to full volume so my podcast/music whatever is BLARING. No way of adjusting the notification volume. Will change rating upon a fix.

The app forces you turn all permissions on in order to even open the app, when using the app I don't see any options to actually utilize some of the permissions I'm forced to allow, like microphone access And picture/camera. The app also seems to run in the background somewhat consistently, and with the permissions required I am not comfortable with this behavior. They also don't have any way to request them to delete any user data they have collected.

Mediocre performance dwindles down to just plain useless, when it constantly crashes....then guess what? Its sorry, but now you gotta redo everything, costing potentially useful time. You need UPDATES in both software and Hardware, and also may need to sweep your system for cyber defects. Why so many bugs in the system?

Works decently. I don't like that even when program is not running and setting is at only while in use. The program still pops up for tracking. You can verify it by checking the apps status of when it ran last. It shows the the last time it ran I can't find any place to submit questions concerning the app. H. Mcclanahan

Mine crashed lastnight at 4am. It automatically logged me out. When trying to log back ot would t accept my PW so I had to uninstall and go to track shift to reset my PW. Reinstall tracktik and was able to log in, but now all my toolbar actions are missing. I can't fill out any reports, can't do any of the "paperwork " required. I have notified my supervisor. But he said it was ok.. I can't even scan because that option isn't there... HELP

When viewing the truck form under log a visitor, the firm used to adjust so you coukd see all fields with the onscreen keyboard open. Now it doesn't and it is very inconvenient. This happens on a tablet and my phone, so it's not a device issue. Thus problem started with the last update. Hopefully, it will be fixed.
