I almost never write reviews but the experience in this paid app is below the minimal standards. To start the UI is horrendous. It is extremely hard to find the shows you are looking for. When you find them they are not cut properly. By the time you find a show you like finding a consistent list of episodes is pretty much not possible. The search is clearly useless. Any pirate non paid app I used before these guys decided to sue all of them was far superior to their service in every aspect.

Useless. No VOD for series by channel, search function only shows DVR options, and most shows give you error message stating that this content is not authorized for view outside of Israel which defeats the purpose of streaming content from Israel abroad. Also, you can select "favorite" shows, but there is no menu option to go to your favorites.. Lastly, very poor customer service. They will be very responsive when you need assistance signing up but no help after.

Good app , But is missing two critical features: 1. The ability to play video in the background (while other apps are in use), similar to YouTube. 2. The ability to reduce the video quality (when streaming via cellular network), otherwise the data consumption is very large and costly.

Very bad UX!! not user friendly at all, and also many times few channels are not working or gives you a message "not autorized.." then what is the purpose of this, we pay to watch Israeli channels, but the experience we are getting is way less channels, what about kids channels (Hop, Bip etc) ?? where are those? really bad build, no thought about customer, not user friendly, takes time to find VOD and other things, and this is from me, as I am a developer, so imagin for none technical people

Very unstable streaming. Incredibly frustrating. Also my subscription was marked as inactive although my account was debited. Works on some devices but not others. Too many problems. Pity

Very bad UX ! Super hard to understand and to find the VOD / recording part Hope you will improve the flow and add more content because value for money it's not good enough. And add English subs it's super basic of you want to have much more users

Will there be an option for English on the app or English subtitles? Specifically for non-Hebrew speaking Jews abroad. Thank you for the response! Great app, will keep a watch out for subtitles in future.
