Only used this app to order from one food place so far but I have ordered for both delivery and pickup. Very easy to use and navigate and MOST importantly recognises an d finds my address instead of a house 5 doors away which makes actually getting a food delivery that much easier and a lot less (needlessly) stressful. Thank you

Excellent. I use foodhub more than any other home delivery app out there it is reliable the prices are much more reasonable there is a better choice of local takeaways and restaurants it keeps you up to date on your order and makes it easy to contact the relevant people if there is an issue

App is good, customer service shocking!!!. Had problems with a restaurant delivering to the wrong address. Waited 2.5 hours for restaurant to redeliver order. Then, I had missing items. Complained to customer services and offered a £5 goodwill, which I never got, never got a refund on the order or missing items. Absolutely disgusting service from start to finish. I used foodhub a lot for orders over other delivery apps but will no longer use foodhub for lack of responsibility for service.

No way to turn off advertising notifications in the app, unless it's hidden in some random menu somewhere. Deal breaker for me I'm afraid, as I don't want to turn off all notifications so I don't get order updates, but I'm not willing to be spammed by ads.

A great app, I feel the takeaways that's on the app should have a more detailed layout. For example, the pizza menu should give a brief description of the toppings. Room for improvement. Edit: I decided to check other takeaways' menus within the app, and it appears it must be the takeaways that should be required to add more detail as some of them had in fact got ingredients within the pizza menus.

No track of delivery very disappointing, just timer which isn't accurate. When food eventually came, not very good. Whole experience of food hub was poor- certainly not cheaper than other apps, and customer service poor. Fact nearly later my app still shows food nor delivered ( and I've had it) shows how poor app is. I for one will never use food hub again.

This app passes muster with me in its simplicity of use choice of food available to order and the knowledge that it will be piping hot when it arrives could I add suffice to say it's working well each time I've used the app what makes this app work so well is finding all I want to order and once again the restaurant did me proud every time hopefully I'll become a very loyal customer of the chosen restaurant and offer meaningful praise

Really simple to use. All details saved and easy to chop and change between addresses. Has contact details and estimated times etc. Actually haven't been able to find fault.
