The watch is brilliant, subtle, understated and luxurious. The app and smart features are very limited. No standard sharing of steps to other apps, no ability to randomly see your heart rate. No ability to set a default activity with certain button presses. Feels like a demonstration mockup. Tissot, you can do so much more.

I hope Tissort could look into this. My Galaxy S22 Ultra kept showing disconnected with the watch. No matter what I did, it doesn't show it has connected to the watch. However, my watch could receive the notification. Please fix this issue for the premium price we paid for the watch. The software is buggy! 22 Oct: after the recent firmware update, unable to synchronise phone time to the watch. So frustrating for such a premium brand watch company!

The app is getting worse!!!!!!! every time tap on T touch Connect app, the connection with the watch drop and need to re-login; the watch bluetooth is turned off by itself. Relogin also problematic, 1 side to login with email, and later switch to the page,to login with phone number or wechat. Login, then keep on turning circles. After login, it cannot sync my watch, and have to factory reset and repair my watch. Also the repairing takes ages to do. The watch is just showing configuring....

Lousy connection to the watch. Terrible, tried a few times already. Store salesperson also struggling to pair. Worst digital smart watch ever. Not worth even paying so much. should consider just selling it, then poor the other person. Tissot should do something about this series or even recall the watches. Super damn white elephant.

This watch is really nice. covers all bases for what I need it for, daily use as a watch and alarms, weather, timer etc. I've had it for a few years now and I've never had to charge it using the cable. I leave in front of a window and it's enough to keep it charged. The reason for only 4 stars and not 5, is that the second hand doesn't line up with some of the markers as it travels around the watch face, which for almost £1000 watch is disgusting. But everything else is great.

BETA Software! I love Tissot watches, owned many for 25 years. T-Connect watch is great, but painful to connect. Software DEV GROUP NEEDS TO BE SACKED/HIRED. NBA reminder not needed by fans, but an option for an HOURLY CHIME (with adjustable sleep exclusion period) would be useful, but it's not available. Even ancient 1980's watches have HOURLY CHIME feature. I emailed BUGS to support, but no feedback and bugs not fixed. Australian City times were wrong for months, even after firmware updates.

Dismal experience. Watch will not connect following latest update. So frustrating having a premium quality smart watch with a second rate app that is so glitchy that it's becoming not worth the effort. If Tissot would be willing to have it back and refund me, i would be very happy to surrender it and buy another smart watch that syncs seamlessly with its app.

Can't connect to the app after updating watch firmware on my OnePlus 12. Initially it connected after I got my watch (before firmware update). And now after 3 months and 2 app updates (which I had hoped would fix this one glaring issue), still no resolution. It connects flawlessly with my Dad's iphone after resetting the watch. I am considering switching to iphone because of this and apple intelligence, but this is pathetic. Come on Tissot. Where's the brand quality?
