Dreadful! My drive is just the length of my car, there is no way of setting a perimeter distance like there is with the Ring App so the bell goes off constantly with passing cars or pedestrians. When I pointed this out to the customer service team I was told to wait for app updates, so I put the doorbell away and tried it again 18 months later, still rubbish. Will be ditching the device and have uninstall Ed the app. Total waste of good money!

worked fine for about 3 weeks, now it will not let me play back the messages under the message file. tried to uninstall and reinstall, I still can not get it to work. Tried to use the tosee plus but it is not compatible, with my camera. I read on the reviews on tosee plus it says the same, however it stats you have to pay to get the message files to work. I can't help but think they have done the same on the tosee app here.

The app is a mess !! The gadget too, A mess!! I don't know if it's from app update, I need help !!! Pls amin, I bought this door bell to resell, from AliExpress, but was not sold immediately as it arrived, When I had a potential client who wanna purchase it, I did the wifi connection, it connect quite alright, it doesn't rang on any phone connected when the bell is pressed, also the motion detection hardly detect, I only get notification as message (i.e motion detected) it does not ring as different IP door bell do. I have set the motion at it's full detecion on SETTING & EVEN RINGING IN PHONE. but all to no avail. I need support.

App doesn't receive ANY notification when the doorbell rings. Only useful for playbacks!!!! Nothing related to what is announced with the doorbell!!!! Further functionality needed- like erasing playback from doorbell- you can only do a full format of the device Microsd... Plus control. the ring level@ doorbell( off or lower level) . And noise reduction- it's now worse sound than before(lower level Like slowmo sounds!!!!)

Set up was good, until resetting... Couldn't connect again. Had to replace it, now new one works but some how it won't let me change the settings or share... even when I did the password. Does what it's suppose to do, but would appreciate it, if the administration password worked so I can share and change the settings. I don't want to reset again incase it won't let me connect again. Video quality is not too bad, and I can check in when I'm at work. Its just an okay app. Needs up grades

Would really like option to not be notified on motion detection. Only way to do this currently is turn off motion detection/recording. Would also like motion recording to start quicker. Missing the items that triggered the recording. Also ability to transfer recordings off device via the WiFi or store to Google Drive or other cloud service. Delete individual recordings vs format memory would be nice. Otherwise good app and does what is needed.

Glitches with update. Constantly rings with a call when no one pushes button. Happens every 30-45 seconds. Have to put device on live feed to get it to stop. Prior to update I would get constant motion detection notification when nothing was in view. Recording is also extremely delayed. Not recommended. Will be purchasing different brand name and discontinuing use immediately. Worthless. Do not waste your money on this product.

Used to work fine. But now. Not at all. 1. Not able to access the device outside of wlan. Using 4G network etc.... Just couldn't work any more. 2. Motion detection fail to trigger recording the memory card. Not able to format and access the memory card wirelessly now as well. Not sure what happen to the recent sw update but hope developer can resolve this issue quick.
