My Vivaone app is currently malfunctioning, and when I open it. Only black screen appears. I waited several minutes but nothing changed. It's still on the black screen. I already re-installed the app, but it still has issues within like when logging in. Please do solve this issue immediately because I can't use the app on my phone. But it works smoothly on my laptop.

I do have a plan on it every month for 99 pesos. Just by this month it deduct on my e-wallet and I'm so upset why I can't watch. Its so frustating that it had been deducted already and I am not new in this plan. It appeared ''complete subscription'' and other choice of ''continue exploring''. Where can I get a refund for this. I supposed to have subscription this month

I wasn't able to login on the mobile app. I can't even register. I did register on web hoping that when I am finally registered, I will be able to use the app but no. I can't even login. It just keeps on loading and loading even if I wait for a long time. PLUS!! THE APP IS TOO SLOW! I CAN'T EVEN SUBSCRIBE COZ IT JUST KEEPS ON LOADING. CAN U DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?

I'm using viva one app for 7 weeks and i love it, but now I can't use subscription, i want to use the 99 pesos for 1 month subscription but it is not working, there is some word that pops up when i top the subscribe botton "HTTP 403". Please fix it right away, so I can watch my favorite series. I may change my rating if you fix this until tomorrow.

I tried the cast option (Chromecast to my tv). It worked. However, i totally lost control of my phone. I have to turn off my tv and force restart my phone . Please fix this issue. Thanks Update: Now, I can't even login (http not found error message)

It was awful. I was able to access series while I was using my mobile data while I was at work but when I got home and used my WIFI, I can no longer access any movies or series that I want to watch. It always says that "You seem to be using an anonymous proxy or VPN". How can I fix this?

this app is so frustrating! feels like a scam there's a lot of bugs here, does not work properly. I can't even get a refund for a subscription that I didn't even purchased!
