ZACOHome یک برنامه تلفن همراه برای اتصال محصولات رباتیک پاک کننده ZACO است که از محصولات سفارشی سازی رباتیک با عملکرد WIFI تحت نام تجاری ZACO پشتیبانی می کند. نه تنها می تواند جایگزین کنترل کننده از راه دور سنتی شود، بلکه می تواند داده های کار بیشتری را ارائه دهد که توسط کنترل از راه دور معمولی نمایش داده نمی شوند. از طریق برنامه، کاربر می تواند از راه دور ربات ها را برای تمیز کردن در حالی که دور از خانه است، کنترل و رزرو کند، و باعث می شود در هر زمان و هر مکان از زندگی هوشمند لذت ببرید.ما در حال حاضر نسخه 1.7.0 را ارائه می دهیم. این آخرین و بهینه ترین نسخه ما است. برای بسیاری از دستگاه های مختلف مناسب است. بارگیری رایگان به طور مستقیم Apk از فروشگاه Google Play یا نسخه های دیگری که میزبان آن هستیم. علاوه بر این ، می توانید بدون ثبت نام بارگیری کنید و بدون ورود به سیستم لازم نیست.

What an awful app for a robowac. It keeps logging you out, which stops your scheduling. It also keeps forgetting the map of your home. It used to have poor support for no-go zones but this seems to have hidden away since it barely worked. Dont buy their products and dont use this app

Totally useless. Doesn't do 5 Ghz so either I split my network 2.4/5 Ghz or it doesn't connect most of the time. If it connects it loses connection within days. You can't add a floorplan and the floorplan the robot generates is wrong shape, wrong size and changes every time. And this is for one room. Don't get me started on multiple rooms, that's utterly impossible. Not using the app and shouting instructions at the robot gets you better results just by coincidence. Totally ridiculous.

not issues with the app in particular, but the robot sometimes plays dull. like sometimes when it doesn't feel like it, it just stops and doesn't even go at its charging station. Then, when i press to go at a particular zone to clean from its base, it will start and spin around and just get back at its station. Its not that intuitive, considering it costs 480euros in Austria. I think these problems are solvable through software updates .it's just up to the manufacturer willingness to do it

terrbile , just terrible. it does not create the maps for the room, I clicked all the buttons, spent quite a time on it. It breaks all the cords, continues to chew them without any stop protection, my old Rumba was much better, after certain time it just needs to stop. And after all the cord identification is not such a big thing or not? it does not show how long it is being charged, what is % of charge available now.

Simple, clean and does what is expected. But I do have a wishlist. If only we could pause and resume the robot, it would be perfect! I'm using the v6 model. When it gets stuck anywhere, it tries to move away and if it fails after a few tries, it resets and starts the cleaning all over again. Repeatedly cleaning same area again and again :( Also, when we need to fill water again, because the tank is so small, it will not be possible to resume! Pause and resume definitely would be helpful.

Terrible App. Average robot. The App keeps having glitches and I had to reinstall/reset it several times. The maps disappeared twice, forcing us to repeat the process three times! The cleaned area takes ages to upload and the route the robot takes shows all shoppy on the map. I do not recommend the robot. I usually have to vaccum twice to be ok. The App makes the whole experience exhausting. The point of getting one of these robots was to have less stress and more time, but that doesn't happen.

The A10 loses the map every time, sometimes you need to create the map more than once because it creates it, but you can't save it. A known bug not worth fixing because customers are worthless, since they already paid for the device. FAQ ridiculous. No support whatsoever. Amateur Software. Buy something else, just not having to deal with such lame app

Can't seem to get past connecting to my network. What a shame, since I was so excited being able to download this app and finally open it. Back in August 2020 I couldn't even open the app after having it downloaded... I would be so grateful, if the developers would fix the network connection bug in the next version. The robot is a tiny wonder. A real shame customers can't get more out of the robot, with what's supposed to be a decent app. I will gladly remove my 1 star review, if a fix is there
