Useless, keep entering my DOB and keeps telling me wrong password. Called the office, they told me it's under my daughter's DOB. Entered it and still can't log in. Please, if you like follow up-to-date technology, make sure you do it right. It's frustrating for patients since you don't give hard copy anymore and this hopeless app is the only source.

Unable to log into the app. Error message says "Trust failure (Authentication failed; see inner exception)." Was able to log into the website but my scan was not uploaded yet ( had scan 5 days ago). It does say 1 scan is pending upload though. Maybe this is why I cannot log into the app yet...? I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help.

Terribad, password fails, let's reset password.....CONGRATULATIONS, YOU'RE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. hoooray to recovery and improved health. NOT!

Unable to log in. Initially I had no problem at all. Now I'm getting a 'No route to host' every time I try to log in. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled but nothing has changed. Disappointing.

It was going so good until i was needing the reports and just wouldnt load . Tryed many times to open amd veiw them and everytime id log in and click reports it just say its loading and kinda freezes in load mode

Cannot fully load report. Gets stuck on opaque screen with loading symbol obscuring the text. App then freezes - cannot go back, have to force quit app.

Not easy to use. Password reset doesn't work. Poorly developed app, not useful at all

Terrible. I wanted to check my xray information. Because I couldn't remember my password I tried the fix register section and it wouldn't recognise my phone number !!! You need to have a forgot password option like most other services.
