Way too many issues! Crashes,not able to access store, can't get rewards, freezes, can't get new puzzle packs, etc. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I can't get access support in app. When I ask support for help, I'm told to be patient. It's been at least a week. I'm not really seeing any difference. The only puzzles I'm able to do are the Daily ones.

I've been using this app for YEARS! love it. However, over the past year, if I do more than one puzzle (including the midi and mini ones), the app will close and I have to reopen it. It's caused me to not want to do as many crosswords. Not a huge deal, but definitely an inconvenience.

4 1/2 years I've been playing this. Fun game but c'mon now I play full on action-based games that don't crash at all, but this still crashes after 3 puzzles and sometimes less. Horrible coding! I now have a brand new state-of-the-art pixel and it still crashes. Had to lower it another star sadly.

I'm updating to 2 stars because this game hasn't been as reliable as it once was. There are issues every week that I find it's useless to contact support. My issue now is that the game starts a weekly quest that isn't visible until you have missed playing it for several days. Then it pops up and shows that you missed so many games. Also I don't like game sounds, and after uninstall/reinstall, I can't stop that noise. I'm having to uninstall several times a month. One time might be the last.

10/24/2024 This game freezes and crashes daily multiple times. I'm not sure why I still play it. They've come up with an ad free side, but it's $5.99/month. The problem with this game is the ads, but instead of fixing that, they are going for your money to bypass it. Zynga can do better, it's very disappointing.

Since this last update between yesterday and today, it won't download the puzzles. I got one to open finally, but now the others won't open. It also crashes so much. Try to watch a video for coins and crashes after the video and doesn't award the coins. I use to love this game but lately, not so much.

Can only play for a few minutes before app shuts down completely. Doesn't save game, can't go back and finish the mini games because I'm not a vip. Watch too many ads to have it shut down for the free puzzles, very frustrating. It's been like this for months. Sent in the app as well. I've seen other reviews about this issue first almost a year and it's still not fixed.

I've deleted my old review - it costs too much/mo, excessive crashes, etc. Now I need to mention your 3 checkmark box. If it crashes while completing a daily puzzle the check doesn't appear. I used to just pay to 'do over'. But that no longer corrects the issue. It doesn't seem to effect the record keeping for getting them done, or I would have gotten at least on restart on my daily puzzles completed streak. So far. Please fix the check, but don't break the record keeping to do it!
