BlackVue Cloud با بهره گیری از اتصال اینترنت تلفن همراه یا جاسازی شده در ماشین و داشکام BlackVue، شما را از طریق Cloud به ماشین خود متصل می کند. با استفاده از برنامه BlackVue در تلفن هوشمند یا رایانه لوحی خود، می‌بینید که ماشین شما در کجا قرار دارد و چه اتفاقی در اطراف آن می‌افتد.

می‌توانید از طریق اتصال مستقیم از طریق Wi-Fi به داش‌کم خود دسترسی پیدا کنید. پس از اتصال، می توانید به تمام ویدیوهای ذخیره شده در کارت میکرو اس دی داشکام دسترسی داشته باشید، زاویه دوربین را تنظیم کنید و تنظیمات BlackVue را در صورت نیاز تغییر دهید. همچنین می توانید به روز رسانی سیستم عامل را به صورت بی سیم (FOTA) اعمال کنید.

BlackVue Cloud یک سرویس اختصاصی برای کاربران BlackVue است که به شما این امکان را می دهد تا از هر کجا و در هر زمان به BlackVue خود دسترسی داشته باشید. ایجاد یک حساب BlackVue Cloud ساده و رایگان است. پس از ایجاد یک حساب کاربری، می توانید BlackVue سازگار با Cloud خود را در برنامه ثبت کنید و آن را برای اتصال به هات اسپات خود پیکربندی کنید.

Like the camera, hate the obtrusive and overly complicated app, will never buy Blackvue again. I just need a camera and simple software for connection, not cloud services, adds, and software that seems to have a mind of its own, never functioning quite right. Never been more frustrated with a dashcam as I am with this one, not everyone needs all the bells and whistles. With software use the KISS method, your customers will thank you for it.

the new update is terrible, the previous version was easiest and best. this new version takes a lot longer to activate app, then... there is no direct option for live view, you have to click the dual link which takes ages to load dowloadable videos, only when the list appears, you then have option for live view link. 3 steps...common, sort this out, on first screen, give live view option. in a motorhome, we need this as a priority, not a 30 second multiprocess.

The camera system is excellent. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because when I try to watch live 85-90% of the time it says cannot connect to the cloud. I use my system in a dump truck and check in from time to time to be sure drivers are on the right job and give directions by sight. Other than that, it's a great device to have.

Good hardware. Lousy app. The settings appear to have no Save or Back function. So navigating into say System to change timezone or add a new wireless configuration doesn't let you out other than by closing the app which doesn't save. It lacks any obvious delete camera option so you can't remove a broken configuration by making a new one (other than presumably reinstalling the app). And it makes it impossible to set sensitivity. There is absolutely no point having software as poor as this.

Cameras are awesome. Work great and great quality. Installation wasn't to bad. But the app.....the app is horrible. Extremely slow. Navigating it is a bit tricky(when it works). Currently it is locked on a screen showing "loading" and won't allow any other action. Customer service is also really pushy and a bit rude, but they know what they're talking about. Would recomend the product all day. Might have better luck on a computer than the app.

I was able to successfully connect to the cloud finally ( had to start completely fresh from the beginning), but the time stamp on my 900s is off by an hour and three minutes. I need to access the firmware setting to change the time, I think, but it keeps telling me there's an error connecting to the firmware. This needs to be fixed.

Socialism Sucks

This app is extremely difficult to operate. I hate it. The camera hardware is nice but the app sucks. It's so complicated just to look at your camera or videos. You have to turn on airplane mode and location and then connect to the camera wifi. If you don't have all of these things turned on or off, and in the right order, it won't work. So just to watch video from the camera, your phone has to be disconnected from your normal data/phone service the whole time. It's stupid.

Fails to connect to camera 95% of the time. God forbid i ever need it after an accident or other such emergency. I still can't figure out what sequence of events makes it connect. Reboot, unplug, dance, phone upside down, don't smile, 15 sprints around the car, only having decaf coffee for the past week... NO idea... I would give a more in depth review if I could ever USE it...
