Used to be able to completly exit/terminate app by clicking on "exit" button in top notification bar of phone. Now clicking "exit" does nothing, app keeps running and can only ve terminated from Android application specific settings. I am running Android 13 on Pixel 6 Pro. Oyhervise app is working OK, I am not too heawy user though...

The big problem with the app is that the answer and reject are big buttons that you only need to click. It makes it very easy to reject the calls when trying to get the phone out of the pocket. I reject about half of the calls if the phone is in the pocket. The buttons need to be made into sliders like most phone apps. This makes the phone unusable.

Worked great via iPhone XS max. Switched over to Note 10+ and have had issues just about every call. Phone rings but as soon as i try to answer it drops and shows a retry or cancel screen. Same happens with outbound. Ive been successful with maybe 2/10 incoming calls. I use this app daily for work and this has been an awful experience. Please fix and i will change me review.

Cloud Softphone was running fine until I changed the ring tone from default. It will pick up the call but ring tone will only did one beep and stopped. Even I changed it back to default ring tone still the same, have to reset the cloud softphone and login again. Also recently have a few dropped off in the middle of a call. Just updated to the latest 2.1.9 still have issue with ringtone. If I use bluetooth headset and set it not to use default ringtone. Both from the phone and headset will NOT ring with incoming call, set it back to default ringtone back to normal both ring. Seem don't have the dropped off issue now.

This app consistently overrides the Android system's do not disturb to vibrate when receiving an incoming call. I've tried multiple settings and nothing works short of airplane mode. I'm sick of getting woken up in the middle of the night.

I can't even use it on my phone. It keeps crashing. It won't let me stay on a call for more than a minute before it shuts down. It won't let me see any incoming texts. Can't see any pictures that were sent to me. Very difficult to even send a text from here.

Excellent app, this is what we use for our main business line and for our staff mobile phones and it has been a stable reliable experience. On occasion when there has been an issue or two we were able to have this corrected with the help of our service provider Telepath.

I have been using this app for a while now and it doesn't stay on when the phone isn't in use. Meaning we miss calls. And I can't manually add it to the "Never Sleeping Alps" as it doesn't show up in the list on my Samsung. I had the same issue on my huawei.
