Extremely unreliable. When I got to the car I booked (even though I live in the center of the city I still had to take the subway) it wouldn't unlock. The app would just put on a spinner forever and give no feedback at all. I had to force close the app a few times, but same result. I ended up giving up and finding a second car at a 15 minute walk. That car unlocked but had a broken phone cable. If you really need a ride just take an Uber. Don't waste your time with this underwhelming service.

Terrible. The window and the screen of the car were broken. Most importantly the car stopped working and it wouldn't turn on no matter what. The only "help" option was a number in Madrid. The app in general was full of bugs. I called, they gave me another French number to call where they didn't speak any English. Finally after 1 hour I managed to find somebody who speaks English and she did smth and the cat tuned on so I was able to move it and park it. Terrible.

it all seemed great but for a couple of minor things, charger for phones wasnt working and the app didnt make it very easy to identify damages of the vehicle at pick up time. not very relevant. Then we parked the car, the option in the app to leave it standing by (at a reduded rate) didnt give feedback, i pushed several times and took for granted it was ok after 3 or 4 times. To my surprise thought, it wasn't. They charged my card at 0.26 all the hours we were parked instead of 0.09 as should.

Can't use the app. When its taking photo of my license it hungs "Don't move. Taking flash photo" and never takes the photo... Edit: They contacted me via email, and solved the issue. I used it once and i find it a bit expensive. Additional to my drive and standby charges there was a 6 euros charge... "(Zona Especial Baja Demanda 6)" I took the car from a "zity car spot" and i left it in the same place and charged me additional for that?

Firstly the cars are lowest quality ever seen. Secondly, the application is not working properly and has lots of crashes. Thirdly, the company is absolutely a thief. They charge you 5 euro in registration phase for the verification of your bank card. And then give you 5 euro of bonus to use in specific conditions. If you don't use your 5 euro, that is actually yours, they won't refund it or charge your in-app wallet. They simply take your 5 euro😂 it's weird, but it's true. THE WORST SHARING

At the end of the register process the app keeps giving an error message when validating my credit card (the same as use to pay on every app or ecommerce sites). I've notified their customer service twice and I have never received a solution. Good think is there are plenty of other car sharing platforms to choose from instead.

I have just driven a car that is nor on safe conditions. I believe it has not passed the ITV. The tyres were very much used to the point that they were well below the 6mm legal threshold (very much gone!) The brakes were making noises, like no pads. Good that you provide with a very helpful service, but make sure that you comply with traffic regulations. Please offer cars that are well preserved, maintained and safe to drive. Awful experience this very last one.

No problem the first months, I was an addictive user and zity helped me a lot in my daily commuting and I must've spent more than 300€ in the app. Since then, I've been charged for parking tickets due to the previous user, which took them 10 emails and a month to refund. Then I had my account disabled without notice a night I really needed it because they decided, contrary to their terms of use, that international licences weren't supported anymore. My account was never reactivated.
