The app was fairly good, and I managed for the most part to get the journeys I needed with a bit of give and take. Now it doesn't open fully and I can no longer access journeys I have booked in advance. This means that I can't cancel if plans change. A bus gets sent out to pick me up when I won't be taking it. Obviously some sort of glitch that needs sorting out.

Booked a bus, arrived at the pickup point before the specified time. The app was easy to use. Sadly when the bus arrived, I waved at the driver to show I was there, and he decided to look right at me, shrug and then drive off into the distance. Maybe he had places to be, like...picking up customers. Not overly impressed with the service and has put me off using it again to be honest.

Irritating service, irritating app. Next to useless for us. Default msg from app: "Can't find bus for your time or location." Rang Fflecsi, you should book a week ahead. Absolutely useless if you're coast walking and really want to vary the distances each day. At least the app COULD be more helpful but isn't; like suggesting alternative times or locations that are available. No chance. It's just a Computer Says No dismissive message. Cheesed off and out of pocket with taxi fares from Mid Wales

The app hasn't been thoroughly tested! I've tried to book a journey to Newport Railway Station this morning. The app locates it, but then tells me "Out of Zone" and won't progress any further. The Railway Station *is* in the service zone, so it should have accepted it. #Baffled The problem has been reported via the fflecsi telephone number. It could be replicated on their system, so may be a database issue. It's been escalated and will hopefully be resolved quickly. So, at the moment, only 3 stars, as someone failed to properly test the system before launch. I'll be happy to revise it upwards once it works.

I used the app and service for the first time in Betws-y-Coed (NW). App is easy to use and I was notified promptly of my pickup time and pickup location. Had a very short walk to the pickup point (as it is a bus service after all....not a Taxi) and the app displayed how many pickups and dropoffs there were during my ride. The service was also very cost effective, especially as there are no local taxi services in the village. Experience may vary depending on how rural your location is in Wales.

The route I want to take is a 40 min walk. Instead of a fflecsi it says to take 2 normal buses (twice the cost) one in to town and another out; journey time 1h15 (plus the bus goes 15 minutes later than I wanted to). I thought the point was to avoid trips into and out of the centre. Looks like this isn't going to be helpful for me. App on-boarding needs a bit of finessing too. Maps go to wrong zoom level. Selecting a time uses a sort of "spinner", not intuitive.

Overall the service is excellent I've used it a lot and it's been very useful. But recently the app has been glitchy as hell. Can't track the van at all and it gives crazy pick up times . So maybe look at the app bugs, as appart from that it's easy to use and really helps me get about

Worked really well, and helped so much with getting around. Sometimes it was a little unclear why a Fflecsi bus wasn't available and regular bus routes were suggested. In these cases we had some luck by selecting main points on the Fflecsi route (they're shown when zooming out on the map). Good service and drivers were all pleasant. Thanks!
