App is ok. I would really like to be able to add it to my PC though, since this is where I spend most of my time and not on my cell! Very surprised you didn't have it available for both from the very beginning. I am not as tech savvy as a lot of people. Please put it on your website to add.

The app is simple and straightforward. Also, unlike the first time I tried to use it (when Florence first switched to the permanant, plastic "punch cards), it actually works!!

FloCo is great, but the app is not. Cant link a card, regardless of what card I try "We can't connect this card with your account" or "card or cvv number wrong". Won't scan cards either. Since the app only allows you to link a card for payment, purchase a gift card, or find a location, there's no reason to have or use the app if I can't connect a payment card. Disappointing since there's a promotion that requires using the app, but I can't.

The barista told me I should get a "teenager" to set up the app. Apparently she was right as I have not been able to activate the app. I won't accept my username (email) /password. (yes I read the 8 or more figures at least one letter and number. I never had a problem with the other coffee app that starts wit S.

The app works great and this is my favorite coffee shop, but don't let it lie to you. 10 points doesn't get you a drink free, it just gives you a discount. (Yes, a barista at two of these places has told me that.)

Love the app and features! Just wish the Butte baristas were consistant across the board on making drinks. Seems like a gamble lately and I have gotton upset and went to the "other" guys. Sad cuz they were my fave. When you don't know what you're gonna get, when you order the same thing all the time, makes it hard to stay loyal and want to keep spending money there. Mocha Frappe...one time tastes like heaven, next visit taste like watered down forgot to add all the "stuff" grossness.

The app is a really nice way of tracking your purchases. The app is user friendly and I love how the menu is included. I also like the add in of the locations in the state for traveling purposes.

App works great. The only things I would change is the menu just be listed on the app- not make it a downloadable PDF and I wish I could tip from the app!
