A Google user

Well, just wanna to confess, the app only has 4 things which is qr scanner, news, notification & event. The notification and news do nothing for me and useless. The event only shows the academic calendar that are basic paper given for all students. It cannot expand the date of the calendar. The qr scanner cannot perform zooming gesture. It also cannot scan the qr code attendance eventhough I had screenshot it or take the picture. I have to log in to my spectrum then scan the qr code closely.

Everything's fine. But out of sudden, I can't scan any code from my gallery. Maybe it's a bug or something. It happened on my old phone and also my new phone. I hope it gets fixed asap. Edit : Sorry for the late update but thank you. Problem fixed

Don't Know

Everything's fine except for 'scan from gallery' feature. Everytime I want to scan qr code from gallery, the notice 'qr code is not available' will pop up. Please fix this. Thank you

Hi, this app has always been problematic, esp for clock-in and clock-out. 2 days ago, the app got updated, and it became even more difficult to clock-in/out. I can't open the apps and it keeps giving me error message. Kindly fix this as soon as possible. Thank you!

i dont know why, but my um touch can't scan anymore, already deleted and download for few time but nothing change, i even clear change and data but nothing change, I have updated but on the scan part it is still the same. i have send an email but still waiting for a respon. Tq

Kudos to the developers of this app. It has very limited features, but works well so far. I hope you guys will add more features in the future including the ability to lodge report thru HelpDesk via this app, and integrate more functionality of MyUM e.g. ability to check the approval of progress report (for postgrad), etc. P/s: I don't mind having two separate apps for HelpDesk and MyUM tho if combining these two into one app would consume too much of storage and data.

Unable to open the apps. I have install and uninstall the apps several times. But couldn't manage to open the apps at all. Using android smartphone. Thank you.

Not able to sign in and scan for the attendance!!! It showed "Unable to connect to server. Pls check ur internet connection." But there's actually no problem with my internet connection!! Pls fix it ASAP!! I'm dying.....
