Fantastic update that is much easier to use, hasn't crashed at all since, and I love that I'm able to order food separately from booking a movie. Makes ordering so much easier, as I can do it ahead of time before queueing up. Hats off to the developers on a much cleaner UI and more accessible process for customers!

New app is a huge improvement. It looks good, works well, and doesn't log me out all the time. Well done to the dev team. Now management needs to reverse the decision ruining the value of the Omnipass, let us use it on any seats like before, and we might consider returning to watch films with you.

The app wasn't great but now its terrible. You have to select a cinema every time you use app. then it asks you to login. So even if you are just browsing times and then decide to go back later and book, you have to login again. and this happens every time. Where as before you didn't have to login or constantly select your cinema. just annoying to use.

Absolutely useless. This App is rubbish. When I try to log in it comes up with an error all the time, and yes the details used are correct. When I try to re-register it says I already have an account and then let's me in. This is everytime. Don't bother downloading this App. If zero stars were possible then that's what I would give it. Totally pointless.

App is dreadful. Have to book tickets on a laptop and screenshot the QR code they send in the email. With the app it's a 90% chance it doesn't work and 10% chance it does. Tried on multiple phones and friends have done the same. Needs to be fixed as it just doesn't work. Used to be able to open it in chrome as a workaround pre Covid but any updates they put out breaks it further. Really need to rebuild the app from the ground up as it's in a sorry state atm.

No longer showing film times for Sunderland cinema, no options to bookwithin the app now. I've tried the other UK cinemas and they seem to work. Reported it and was told it was my issue and I needed to clear my cache. I cleared the cache, then the data, then uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's still not working. They've just introduced a tier system for seating and as a monthly subscriber since they opened in now relegated to front row seats only. Time to cancel methinks
