Overall good service and customer service. However, it is frustrating if you're phone has low connection you literally are stuck until you can connect. This led to several frustrating moments when unloading in an underground car park and the connection was low. Great that the app can be in English now...made a big difference !

Be careful - 700€ damage bill You've probably heard those horror stories about car rental companies chasing you for absolute miniscule damage. This company fits that profile. After using their services, the company is trying to charge me an obnoxiously high amount for a tiny "defect" in the front bumper that is very difficult to notice. Think twice about using this app, or they will try to charge you upwards of 700€ for a repair that can be done with a 2€ white marker
