توضیح برنامه

تجزیه و تحلیل و بررسی برنامه Android: Snapper Mobile ، ساخته شده توسط Snapper Services. ذکر شده در گروه ‏نقشه و راهبری. نسخه فعلی 3.2.0 است که در 03/06/2025 به روز شده است. با توجه به بررسی کاربران در Google Play: Snapper Mobile. بیش از 229 هزار نصب به دست آمد. برنامه همراه Snapper جدید شما برای Android، با رابط های بازطراحی شده و عملکردهای بهینه شده.

با استفاده از تلفن هوشمند اندرویدی خود با ارتباطات میدانی نزدیک (NFC)، برنامه Snapper Mobile شریک ضروری Snapper + کارت شما است.

به سادگی کارت Snapper خود را در پشت تلفن نگه دارید و پس از یک بار ورود به سیستم، فورا موجودی، سابقه تراکنش های اخیر خود را بررسی کنید، بدون کارمزد تراکنش شارژ کنید، و کارت مسافرتی را در هر زمان و هر مکان خریداری کنید.

امکانات:

ورود به سیستم - برای داشتن یک تجربه یکپارچه و ایمن، لازم است در اولین راه‌اندازی برنامه، به حساب ثبت‌شده Snapper خود وارد شوید. اگر قبلاً کارت خود را ثبت نکرده اید، می توانید یک حساب کاربری ایجاد کرده و آن را از داخل برنامه ثبت کنید. توجه داشته باشید، لازم نیست دوباره وارد شوید مگر اینکه از داخل برنامه خارج شوید.

موجودی خود را بررسی کنید - موجودی کارت خود را در یک نگاه مشاهده کنید.

TOP UP - بلافاصله بدون کارمزد تراکنش شارژ کنید. از شماره گیری برای انتخاب مقدار شارژ استفاده کنید یا برای وارد کردن مقدار مورد نظر خود ضربه بزنید. برنامه آخرین مقدار شارژ را به خاطر می آورد تا دفعه بعدی را سریعتر کند.

خرید گذرنامه مسافرتی - نسبت به امتیاز کارت شما، کارت‌های مسافرتی برای خرید در دسترس خواهند بود و فوراً در Snapper شما بارگذاری می‌شوند.

تاریخچه تراکنش - فوری، دقیق، واضح و نمایش داده شده در زمان واقعی - می توانید آخرین 20 تراکنش را روی کارت مشاهده کنید. نمادها تراکنش‌های حمل‌ونقل، خریدهای خرده‌فروشی یا شارژ را به همراه موجودی در حال اجرا و ارزش‌های تراکنش فردی نشان می‌دهند. تراکنش های حمل و نقل را می توان برای نمایش ضربه زد:
- شناسه توقف منحصر به فرد
- Tag on و Tag off کرایه ها را جدا کنید
- تاریخ و زمان

صرفه جویی در جزئیات پرداخت - بسیار ایمن و با یک پین 4 رقمی قابل دسترسی است، می توانید جزئیات پرداخت خود را برای یک تجربه شارژ یکپارچه Snapper ذخیره کنید.

ثبت نام کنید - در صورت گم شدن یا دزدیده شدن کارت Snapper خود از داخل برنامه، فورا ایمن و محافظت کنید.

مشاهده اطلاعات کارت - تمام جزئیات کارت Snapper خود را در یک نگاه مشاهده کنید. شماره کارت Snapper منحصر به فرد 16 رقمی، امتیاز، یا اگر IOU معلق دارید را بررسی کنید.

در بازخورد و پشتیبانی برنامه - آیا مشکلی پیش آمده است؟ نیازی به یافتن شماره تلفن نیست - راهنما به راحتی از داخل برنامه قابل دسترسی است. "پشتیبانی مشتری" را از منوی حساب انتخاب کنید و درخواست خود را برای ما ارسال کنید. پشتیبانی Snapper به طور مستقیم پاسخ خواهد داد.

While every other developed city in the world has moved to basic debit or credit card tap-on/tap-off systems, Wellington still clings to the clunky ritual of a separate card you have to buy, then top up through an app. Ah yes, let’s ‘GeT WeLLinGTON mOviNG’ by taking the most roundabout, convoluted path possible—because who needs simplicity when we can have layers of unnecessary hassle instead?"

For an app that is time critical and has heavy usage in terms of top-up this upgrade is a fail. Usability and user experience should be at the top of the list. It needs testing heavily. This app is more erratic, less sensitive in terms of the card & forces change in well established behaviour for no return. The UI is over sensitive in reagrds to the top up wheel and requires you to scroll up on my phone to complete actions. Design wise it looks nice but its impractical and frustrating.

Awful platform, equally awful app. It looks like this app was built by two teams. Parts of the UI seems to be nicely done. It falls apart by having a "sign-up" wall just to simply check snapper balances by NFC, first massive fail. Then when you are signed-in, you still have to tap each card to manage it. Upon calling Snapper when the app broke, their systems also crashed on them. Bring-on this national ticketing soon!!

Scanning/reading balance is slow with the new interface design and animations. Also more temperamental with the scanning/top up placement. Old app design none of this was the case - it was to the point - card always remained at back of phone for entire process. If you're rushing to top before getting on the bus, nothing is more frustrating than animations telling you to adjust your card for 5mins before I can recieve a top up. Keep it simple. It wasn't broke.

App has been terrible since the update. Prior to it, there was no latency between the card making contact since the update. Since the update, there is now a delay between contact and launching the app. The latency can have me mistake that the phone is not scanning the card. As a result, I would remove the card and the app would attempt to scan. My Snapper is now unsuable. ADDENDUM: Placing the card only launches the app but no further.

The old version of this app used to be amazing, worked 100% of the time to top up. With the update it often won't top up and i spend half my bus ride trying to top up and then embarrisingly not able to at all and have to explain this to the bus driver! When i last tried on the 20th august at peak hour I dont know whether your app was down or over loaded but i couldnt top up and got a error every time. If it it was system over loading surely you'd prepare for 5pm to 6pm to have most use

Snapper is a reminder that Wellington is a quaint 20th century town. The app is average, but matches perfectly with Wellington's antiquated public transport system in that respect. The sooner contactless payments are accepted by buses/trains etc the better. We might even think it's no longer 1996!

The app functionality has been terrible since the update. You have to tap twice just to get to your account and half the time the app lags so much that it stops working entirely. you have to uninstall it and reinstall it in order to jumpstart it.
