This app is perfect for non-permanent (especially voice) notes. The highlight feature is probably the large widget which gives you an incredibly accessible sort of whiteboard to organize your thoughts. Literally don't need to make a single gesture other than tap the edit button and your immediately taking a note. Going to swipe up to exit. But it's not an equivalent to Google keep or easy voice notes or something. Those are more permanent. But those can clog up storage and file space.

It is a beautiful app, and I loved it in my first impression then I got the peremium version. But… but the good things wouldn't last, after that my text getting longer and longer, the app goes slow, each time slower than before. And also, in my point of view the stash mechanism is rediculous. So I've changed my rate from 5 to 3 stars. Update: I have added a few line to my text and I can't even open the app anymore, can you imagine that I can't restore my texts?! Also, export option won't work!

this app turned out to be one of the best purchases that I've made from the Play store. the simple, elegant design in the way it's like silk goes through everything. there's no. I'm going to stopping and waiting certain points of the application. I really feel like somebody put effort into a product that was designed for someone like me in mind

Loved it! Piece of art in app dev! Upd after few years: It is still amazing :) I just thought - what would make this app absolutely marvelous is having the web version, so one could seamlessly switch between the same minimalistic interface on mobile & desktop. It is quite a piece of work (cloud sync, E2E encryption etc), but result may be well worth it.

This is definitely a 5 star app, I even purchased the upgrade. I like so much about this app, the stashing, the quickness and ease of use. However there's one thing that's keeping this from actually being 5 stars. The widget, which I like, to be clear. By default it is white, and it doesn't matter how many times you change it to black or grey or whatnot, after some time the widget goes back to white. You need to click edit to open it, and sets it back to black. Fix this and it's 5 stars

Absolutely great app: complete and stylish. I'll definitely buy the premium version which unlocks useful features, although the free version is already perfectly enjoyable. Give it a try, you'll love it. EDIT: The text kept disappearing every time I tried to change the theme, but today I tried again and everything's fine, so restarting the app (or the phone, maybe) fixed it. Sorry for not having tried it earlier. Thank you for the quick answer, I appreciate it.

It's basically impossible to select any text in the middle of your document because the scrolling when you highlight text goes at break neck speeds, and whenever you try to slow it down, it goes backwards at the same speeds. You should give us the option to add chapters/bookmarks, or even start new pages. That would probably avoid this issue. I wish I didn't have to scroll past 5 or 6 different things to start writing again.

So far so good. Just wanted a note pad widget for my daily todo lists. Easy to set check boxes, check them off and clear the note at the end of each day. 2 suggestions though: Would like to be able to edit the widget text from the widget (without having to open the app) and if there was an option for a 'checked' bullet to also strike through the text, that would help with my OCD tremendously. 9/10 app for what I was looking for. Will be using this for a while.
