App never works. Constantly get an error message so have to use browser. Can't use loyalty points on browser. Prebook appointments and the driver isn't even allocated until 10 mins after my booking time. then the driver who accepted the job is 15 minutes away, making me late for a doctor's appointment. Utter shambles. Tried to book a return journey and the browser also had a load of problems. Finally managed to book but been waiting 20 minutes since trying to get one. Driver still not assigned.

Blue Line are great, but the app is driving me crazy. Yes you want notifications from a taxi app - about your taxi! That doesn't mean I want my phone constantly beeping with notifications about the Olympics or anything else. The app needs to have a place where you can pick which notifications you want - until it has that, I won't be using the app.

I want to like this app but the taxi booking took almost 10 minutes to find a car, then the quoted price was taken but ended up being more than they initially asked! Because of this, I had to call the office as the driver was not able to take payment (which had already been taken) and started beeping his horn (at 11.40pm) to say the payment had bounced. Generally poor service and unreliable estimates. You have a lot to fix if you want to compete with Uber.

I gave a 1 as you cannot give a zero but I haven't actually been able to use this app as it asks for mobile number so it can send a verification number I never ever get that number and after a couple of attempts it locks me out and I have to wait 24 hours to try again. I have booked online but I wanted to use the app for tracking. I hope the taxi service is better than the app. Please sort out your issues.

The texts they used to send showed you where the driver was - the app doesn't do that, so you can't tell if they're round the wrong side of the building. You get ranked as a no show even when you were waiting and the taxi driver went to the wrong place. No option to rate or add comments after a journey. Basically all worse than the old text notifications used to be.

Like Blueline taxis, but HATE this app. For no reason it keeps asking me to enter my phone number so they can send me an unlock code. When I try to enter the code the app page flips and I have to start the whole process again. Then, after three attempts, my account gets suspended for making too many attempts. Please get this sorted, Blueline: until then, it looks like I'll have to go elsewhere...sorry about that.

Doesn't work for pre-booking. I installed the app to book a taxi for an hours time. Selected the time I wanted it and finalised the booking. Notification immediately comes through to say the driver is en route and he arrives a minute later. I called the office to sort out which they helpfully did, but that didn't save me the death stare from the driver as he crawled past my house. Lesson learnt... app will be unistalled.

Good handy and useful app, if it works. Pre booking a taxi for a future date does not guarantee a taxi, the app looks for a driver closer to the time and if there is not one they put you in a que as if you have just phoned and asked for a taxi making that function useless. Edit: 3+ years later. My review still stands...
