Full of bugs and ill conceived "features". It won't let me order unless I switch on geolocation and when I do it places the order automatically, witbout warning, at the nearest location, not my favourite one. So when ordering dinner before going home I found it was placed quite a ways away. Far enough that it wasn't worth retrieving. This is one bug among many.

Very slow an visually bad during orders but working at least, will change to 4-5 when you'll be able to order with at least 60 frame per second + at least 60Hz-120Hz touchscreen sampling. It's very noticeable when you're on a high refresh rate phone and it's just ugly. *Edited to 1★ cause even bad browsers are able to render and sample at least 60Hz like how have you even done this 😂 + Doesn't work if you use your crown and try to get mystery burger what a trash app 🚮

Can't pay. Have to order for €10 but when I do I get told I'm over the €1,50 limit. That makes no sense. It also took forever to get a verification code by mail.

Since the last update, it is impossible for me to connect. I rebooted my phone, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it stil doesn't work.

Lately, full of bug. Buttons are not clickable, the order is activate automatically, most of my payment card fail at the last very moment (forcing me to redo the whole order). Honestly, big regression on the app stability, I'm super sad.

It has been a few months now that I am unable to connect to my account through the app or through the BK website, which is very annoying, it defeats the whole purpose of having an account and saving up points, would be grateful if this was finally solved

Can't accept/deny cookies after the last update. The cookies card is only showing the "personnaliser" button. We cannot use the app

Add english language. It's not a big deal.
