Daikin Mobile Controller -sovelluksella yhdistettynä plug-and-play langattomaan LAN-laitteeseen ja aktiiviseen Internet-yhteyteen voit hallita Daikin Room / Light kaupallista AC (Air-Conditioner) -yksikköä mistä tahansa, mikä tarjoaa optimaalisen ilmastoinnin ja säästää energiaa.

Never mind. app is called Mobile Connector on device and doesn't have Daikin in the name 🫤. makes it hard to find. Bit of an odd one. I can install the app, open and use it fine but it doesn't appear in the app drawer on my phone. I have to use recent apps, Play store or the setting menu to find and open it. I'm on a Moto Edge Pro 30.

Do your self a favour and just get a Sensibo controller. This really is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Annoyingly often, the app doesn't detect my air conditioner on the local network. Only the most basic control options are available. The entire setup process was also painful and unfortunately I don't think it can improve for current units. The wireless chipset gets confused with 2.4 and 5GHz networks even though it can only connect to 2.4GHz networks. Daikin make great AC but not apps.

Had worked fairly well for a year or two (all be it very basic). Recently however it won't connect to the WiFi network. Can connect directly to the unit but when setting up WiFi it just keeps flashing the RUN led. Nothing has changed. It worked for a day Recently then back to flashing again. Junk.

singapore functions not localised.Lack of many functions from remote including anti mould function eco mode etc. And always require to login again after it expires. Always lag and time out. Have to close and reenter to be able to use. After latest update, out of home function cannot even see device. it will kick me out and prevent me from logging in. also the temperature cannot go to 0.5 degrees differences. despite the remote having this function. panasonic is better than them.

App worked fine until the "out of home" login failed. No password reset option! Tried everything - clearing settings, resetting WiFi, even Daikin support couldn't help. Stuck in a login/password loop across devices. Terrible, archaic app. Do NOT recommend.

Terrible, terrible app. The worst I've used in over a decade. Really disappointed in Daikin as we made a purchase decision based on Daikin having native WIFI connectivity but this app doesn't cut it. We've submitted a formal complaint and haven't had a response. Don't know what else to do :(

DOES NOT WORK! Both phone & Indoor unit (FTXM35YVMA) connected to Wi-Fi router OK, orange light stays lit. But the mobile app has no idea of the model or the Wi-Fi module in the indoor unit, unable to find unit despite trying all possible settings and configurations. (I'm not a noob, I really tried everything) Still can't get phone to find AC. The problem lies with the app. It is severely out of date and/or not compatible with my unit. Very disappointed.

It's a bit clunky to use, but if you're patient with it, it gets the job done. Scheduling function works well, but is very difficult to get your head around setting up and not very responsive. Works with Google Home, but not much functionality beyond Off/On, where you have to then go back into the Daikin app to change temperature or speed.
