Chefaa-sovelluksen avulla saat helposti kaikki tarpeesi apteekista, voit tilata lääkkeitäsi ja ei-lääkkeitäsi verkosta ja saada tilauksesi kotiovellesi.Chefaa-sovellus yhdistää potilaiden ja apteekkien GPS:n avulla potilaita saamaan kaikki apteekkitarpeensa koteihinsa.
Chefaan verkkoapteekkien toimitussovelluksella voit:
1. tilaa lääkkeitä verkosta
Lääkärillä käynnin ja Vezeetan maksamisen jälkeen menet yleensä apteekista hakemaan lääkkeesi, mutta sen sijaan, että etsit lääkkeesi apteekeista ja odotat pitkään lääkkeesi saamista, voit tilata sen Chefaa-verkkoapteekin Egyptin ja KSA-sovelluksen kautta.
Chefaa-lääkkeiden tilaussovellus tarjoaa kaksi tapaa tilata lääkkeitä:
🔸Skannaa/lataa reseptisi tai lääkepullo/pakkauskuva, lataa se ja pyydä lääkettä.
🔸Voit etsiä lääketietosi (dawaya) chefaa kaupasta, lisätä sen sitten ostoskoriin ja vahvistaa tilauksen.
2. Tilaa hoitotuotteita ja lääketieteellisiä tarvikkeita verkosta
Voit tilata ei-lääketuotteita, esim. ihonhoitotuotteita, vauvanhoitotuotteita, hiusten ja kynsien hoitotuotteita verkossa Chefaa Egypt -sovelluksen kautta kahdella tavalla:
🔸Lataa haluamasi tuotteen kuva Chefaa-sovellukseen ja vahvista tilaus.
🔸Valitse haluamasi tuote chefaa storesta, lisää se sitten ostoskoriin ja vahvista tilaus.
Chefaa-palvelut :
1. välitön toimitus
Se on palvelu, jonka kautta voit tilata lääkkeitä verkosta ja se toimitetaan osoitteeseesi 90 minuutin sisällä lähimmästä apteekista.
2. Suuri säästö
Se on palvelu, jonka avulla voit saada 15% alennuksen tilauksestasi ja toimittaa sen osoitteeseesi ilmaiseksi 48 tunnin sisällä.
Chefaa dawaey -sovelluksen kautta tilauksesi täytetään turvallisesti ja toimitetaan apteekissa Egyptissä.
3. Kysy apteekista
Tämä palvelu auttaa sinua kommunikoimaan erikoistuneen apteekkihenkilökunnan kanssa milloin tahansa vuorokauden aikana, seitsemänä päivänä viikossa, vastaamaan tiedusteluihisi tai auttamaan lääkkeiden tilaamisessa verkossa.
4. Lääkitysmuistutus
Se on hyvä tapa auttaa sinua pitämään kiinni lääkitysajoista (dawaa yodawy almrd) ja välttämään monia riskejä, jotka johtuvat lääkitysaikojen noudattamatta jättämisestä.

I'm forced to use Chefaa due to my health insurance contract. Over the past year, I've placed around 5 orders and every single time it's been the same frustrating experience. Orders are consistently delayed for up to two weeks or more, and items are often missing despite being listed as available on the app. Customer service and management have been unhelpful and unresponsive on multiple occasions. This is the worst pharmacy app I've ever used. The level of negligence is shocking.

It's a really good app. The products on it are a lot, and the doctor on the app is so helpful and well-mannered they answer so fast and my only problem with this app is that it's not near me so I don't have access to all the products over all its a great app saves me time instead of searching in every pharmacy for my products and also it has alot of product that can replace the boycotting one

This app is NOT ready! The experience is poor from A-Z. The app is laggy and full of annoying popups. Product availability is not accurate, the response/delivery time is way too much, there's no way to know the actual pharmacy until the order is delivered, AND I got damaged packages. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

Worst customer service ever! Not responsive at all and there is no number I can call to fast track my complaint! They cancelled 2 of my order items, i paid full with credit card, and when i finally received it, there was a COD of almost 200 pounds! I contacted them on their support chat but they didn't respond. After waiting for half an hour, i had to let the delivery man leave with my order. They still didn't come back to me yet!

Every time I order something I get a text that it's not available although that's not mentioned on the app. The app needs to be more updated it has become very annoying! I've switched an unavailable product for 3 or 4 times because every time I choose an alternative it turns out to be out of stock

Extremely unprofessional, they make you wait days for a product that's available on the app but it's actually out of stock. And they leave it on the app. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen, whether on the app or through instagram (they reply extremely late and thats if they do to begin with). I highly recommend everyone to uninstall the app and look for other pharmacy apps, there are a lot of much better alternatives than this unprofessional, unbothered and lazy organisation.

Great app👍 very useful. Just a few recommendations, 1. Maybe if the notification could also be in the chosen language. Like if they choose English the notifications could be in English. 2. If maybe you can add one more thing to the delivery process cause the last thing says out for delivery then it's just a waiting game , so maybe if it's possible to add an estimated waiting time. It would be very helpful. The app is wonderful and I like it a lot.
