A simple, easy to use app that does what it says, with easy to read and helpful push reminders. Ability to expand more info on set pick up dates and plug into reminder/calendar, as well a la enviro friendly tips etc would be appreciated. Recommend to help remember and manage your waste. Recommend if you live in Inner Western NSW

Easy to find out how you can recycle or reuse all sorts of things (press the A-Z button at the bottom of the screen). Can also look up bin collection dates (calendar button), check what goes in which colour bin (Bin Info button), and look up local waste dropoff points.

Overloaded with information that is more suited to a webpage than an app, ie stuff you need to read once and once only. Could do with a Reporting section to report waste issues when out & about - that is the type of function where an app has clear advantages over a website. No obvious way to stop the rubbish collection notification alert once it started sounding.

Not much use once you have read all the details. Would be more useful if there was provision to book a council pick-up or to report dumped rubbish. Also, under coffee pod disposal, doesn't mention compostable capsules that are now available everywhere and can presumably be put in purple food Waste Bin.

since the app updates have been rolled out the app works quite well and provides timely reminders

Would be helpful to include community collection points at Drop Offs tab (eg battery/light bulb/mobile collection at Ashfield Civic Centre), and reminder updates for chemical collection (Leichhardt, St Peters).
