Very basic. I do a lot of court work and use a samsung galaxy tablet. It would be good if it integrated to Ms office so can edit and create documents. At the moment can only browse.

The latest version has been buggy, returning erroneous data. When I went to reinstall I was locked out of the App when I went to reinstall it because of its 2FA requirement. Even when I managed to solve that, trying to open certain files also just cause the app to crash continually. For what we pay for this software I expect a product that actually works properly.

The app is ok. The scaner function gives me blank pages. The best the app offers is a read only experience and the ability call your clients from your phone; sometimes the email function works. The develper needs to intergrate the click-on-the-desktop-to-call-on-the-phone option in the android version of this app, just as they did with the iphone version. I feel like in being screwed for not owning an iphone.

Very basic function compared with apple version of the app. No ability for AI transcription of voice memos, no function of being able to import notes into a file from another app, cannot create word documents in a matter. Leap seems to be treading Android as second class to Apple which is ironic given Leap desktop doesn't even work on Apple computers. I really wouldn't bother with this app unless you want the client contact details on the go.

AWFUL. Kept crashing and very little interest shown in fixing it until I refused to pay any more. So stressful! LEAPs attitude was it was all down to user error.... till I proved it wasnt. It cost me thousands in lost earnings and took months to recover from the disruption to my business. LEAP - you asked if this was desktop or mobile - it was mainly the desktop, but I also found the mobile unreliable. Don't use LEAP any more, and never will again.

Features on the app work very well, but in my job I need more Legal Aid intergration from the app. Can't currently open a Legal Aid matter or time record at Legal Aid rates. The scan document feature needs a great deal of workas it is a clunky to use and often produces a blank document. Could do with a flash light option.

app does not allow the insertion of attachments from an email or the phone. does not allow addition of calender events to matters. and the call and time feature does not work. and the ability to save an email to the matter and Bill would is essential but not unavailable. perhaps these features can be added.
