Not good. The display was working perfectly before but since this recent update the screen doesn't go landscape/sideways anymore. I use a phone cradle mount on my center console now I can't use the app properly because it's only set to portrait mode. Imagine bending your neck on side just to use the app! Terrible update too, can't they stay connected behind the background? So it wouldn't to reconnect again everytime after some other app notification appeared on the phone display?

Well done Redarc, the latest update has fixed all of the initial issues we had. Everything works seamlessly, interface is clean and easy to use. Love it, along with all of your other products we use.

Looks good. All the info you need. Constantly looses connection and needs to be re paired. I expect better from red arc. Updated app a big improvement. Thanks redarc. Updated to 5 stars

The app worked perfectly until I updated and now it sees my unit & even says that it has paired on the unit itself but the app just keeps saying "connecting" Very frustrating and annoying!

Have had Redvision for nearly three years. The equipment is great, the app is completely unstable RUBBISH. SOOOO fed up with connecting slowly or "searching" indefinitely. This product cost THOUSANDS and is made virtually useless by an app that is REKNOWNED for being terrible.,Read the same feedback for YEARS!!!!!! FIX IT REDARC. If Victron can do it so we'll, how do Redarc do apps soooo bad? Fed up owner and long-term Redarc customer.

I have the same issue other have described. Open the app and the loading circle just spins. Can't do anything, app is useless which is disappointing considering how much the products cost.

Not happy with it, ended up taking the 4WD to Madaz 157 (Redarc installer) they couldn't do it, so they rebooted the system etc. and play around, then it worked. Connectivity still shocking but it works. I'd feel better if it connected automatically not when it want's too. Found a quick fix if the ap doesn't connect I turn the phone of the on, has worked about 4 times today.

Despite the app stating my phone is compatible it is unable to fully display important info such as current goblock remaining percentage along with other info. Very disappointing as I expect things to work as promised, especially when you take into account the cost of the product. UPDATE: Prompt response from redarc saw me discover the screen zoom setting in my phone. App now working well, as is the Goblock.
