It's a great app for commuting to office & back, it helps in making the office ride affordable & smooth. It also helps to make new connections/friends. Using it for around 5 years now & will continue to dk so. Few changes will make it more viable 1. Remove inactive users from the list. 2. Subscription should be for a week/month & so on.

Worst app experience ever. You can't even book a transport without paying them a subscription fee and they promote their product with 0% commission. I purchased the subscription for 1 month. Then i see that there is no transport available in my location in my office time. At last i couldn't even use the subscription for one ride. The customer support experience is very poor. I wrote many emails claiming refund for my unused subscription.It has been one month but I didn't get any reply from them

Absolute worst app I've ever paid for! I wasted my money on an annual subscription and couldn't find a single ride close to my location. I haven't even taken a ride yet, and it feels like my money is completely gone! I've reached out through multiple emails, but there's been no response whatsoever. Horrible customer support, terrible service, and a total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and don't subscribe to this scam of an app!

What I wrote an year back is this "Not very user friendly. But does help with options to ride." and how I feel right now is totally different. I am very pissed off using this app. How people and system works at their whims and wishes one should learn from Sride.. I feel everytime I open the App and the subscription amount, ride amount, validity date of the recharge all of it changes as per the App's revenue or expenses. Such a shifty way of extracting money and making users feel frustrated.

If we don't subscribe we can't view anything in it, we have to pay the amount for ride and we have to pay to subscribe. We might go only 1 or 2 times in a month, for that how I can subscribe for that much amount? And atleast it should allow to see what and options in there it, what ever option I press it's asking only to subscribe sride. If like this means, definitely going to lose users. Also, even we subscribe no use, misleading app, don't believe. All tactics for their business only.

Terrible application. The application itself is very bad, loads slow, prompt message are not available, route doesnt show correctly. But after the recent update, app has not even opened for me. Cleared cache, reinstalled nothing works. Other applications are much better. I am forced to use this bcz people in my new city are not aware of better applications. So I did send emails but never received any response. Also what is with smeet, random people are messaging and calling instead of sride.

1. People not active for more than 2-3 days should not be shown in matches. It's misleading. 2. The rider should be able to view the vehicle type whenever a request is sent. 3. Cancellation after arriving at the location because of vehicle type should be charged. 4. The riders can opt out bikes if they are not comfortable and the result gets filtered accordingly. 5. Often drop location is too far from the planned route but maybe the biker is willing to change the route. This needs to be tackled.

They're quite literally running a scam. Many riders see perfect route matches before subscribing, which magically vanish once you subscribe. I had the same experience. Pretty disappointing. Never found a good match here. Filters do not work, pickup and drop are also ridiculously distant.
